Stopped by here for breakfast in downtown Denver. Their menu had many vegetarian-friendly dishes. I ordered the Avocado toast. Which was not much of a toast as it was avocados on a baguette. Baguettes are delicious, but personally, I don’t think they make a great toast. I wasn’t a big fan of their coffee either! However, their staff were lovely!!
Nice cocktails and huge omelets. A cool experience. It's a quaint location in the hotel and you feel like you are going back in time a bit.
One star purely for the terrible breakfast service. We stayed at the hotel two nights and both mornings ordered brunch. The first we sat in the restaurant and the service was terrible. They got our order wrong and then we waited 10 minutes to get syrup for our French toast. What kind of restaurant doesn’t send syrup out with the French toast? After we finally got it, the server never came back to check on us. Despite empty *$14* drinks. She finally came back and asked if the food was ok after our plates were literally empty. No attempt to comp us for the screw up or waiting whatsoever. Obviously we didn’t want to go back the next morning so I ordered room service. After an hour of waiting I called back and they claimed I gave them the wrong room number, which is not possible and absolves them of any responsibility. Why would you not take down a phone number with the room number to call if you had issues? Canceled the order and left. Such a waste of time.
The bartender, Kristina, is fantastic. She indulged my indecision with multiple custom cocktail creations and we shared lots of great conversation. Ask about the Frangelico drink! Vegetarian options: There were a few vegetarian dinner options, including an Impossible burger though I prefer Beyond. The breakfast menu had several good veg options, though.
Truffle fries with slices of truffles! Yum! Rueban sandwich wasn't bad either. Bar was great. She did have to look up a B52. Two different visits.Food: 5/5
Food was on point. Only one server that night and he didn’t have patients. The drinks were good. Small space inside a hotel. Clean. Spicy shrimp scampi
The food is excellent & the service is even better! Anthony is warm & friendly, he always brightens up any visit to Harry's. Samantha is the epitome of hospitality with the ease of a seasoned server. You can never go wrong with a visit to Harry's, their breakfast menu is my favorite.
I enjoyed my dinner visit. Staff were delightful and food was exactly what I needed. They were able to accommodate my custom request. The bar would benefit from some non-alcoholic options.
Tried to have breakfast on Saturday morning. Was told to sit wherever and they'll get to us when we get to us. Waitress then proceeded to serve others that came in after. Love the hotel but won't be attempting Harry's again.
Low key and sophisticated yet friendly service. The best Manhattan I've ever had. So tasty. The cherries were delicious.Food: 5/5
