First night was so good, I came right back for a second! I'm in town on travel, wanted dinner and wine within walking distance to my hotel. Night 1, discovered the 4-6 happy hour including $7 wine. Got the wild mushroom pizza and it really is up with the best I've ever had. Night 2, came back with the same plan but got the ravioli and focaccia - both scratch made. AS good an experience as the night prior. If I'm ever back in Denver, coming back here will be priority.
Amazing experience with delicious food, excellent service, and comfortable atmosphere. We were running a few minutes late to our reservation and they called us promptly to ensure we were planning on arriving. The restaurant is also family friendly with high chairs; staff was accommodating with our toddler and found the perfect spot for us. Very helpful sommelier and great wine selection. Great cocktails. The seafood pasta Frutti Di Mare with squid ink spaghetti was one of the best pasta dishes we have had. The chicken was a bit underwhelming but a safe choice. Eggplant Risotto was good. The Brussels sprouts and Tuscan fingerling potatoes were both fantastic. We will definitely be returning!
The first time we ate at Panzano was a few years back and were excited to find out that they survived pandemic. Unfortunately the quality of dishes went down in the last few years. I got a pasta with braised rabbit which had 4 bones in one small plate which completely ruined the dish. It was difficult to enjoy the flavor of the dish while worrying about not breaking teeth. We were really disappointed.
Upon arrival I was greeted so eagerly and promptly. Once seated our wonderful and very knowledgeable waitress Emily took great care of us. Our food was very tasteful and was served in a timely manner. Will be back again to try more on the very well throughout menu selections. A must try! Ask for Emily!
Panzano is a fantastic place in downtown Denver. Great Bolognese and steak. I didn’t get the Brussels sprouts this time, but highly recommend it. Sat in the bar tonight and Dave took great care of me. Panzano is lucky to have someone like Dave. Very good at what he does- take care of people. Can’t wait to come back next time I am in Denver.
Im currently in culinary school down in Colorado Springs, so I try to eat out a lot to expose myself to how fine dining restaurants operate. The drinks, food, and service were all amazing. Our server was attentive, friendly, and the menu was gorgeous. I cant wait to come back to try their summer menu.
Great experience, food was delicious only recommendation, you can get pizza anywhere - go for the entree the drinks were well crafted. Our bartender Chris was on it, great recommendations all around the table for both food and drink. He said they rotate the cocktail list weekly and the bartenders make the list, so its very trendy and current.
I was staying at the hotel across the street and decided to check this place out. I’m happy I did! The food was excellent and so was my service. I even went back the next day. The Focaccia bread is out of this world good and the aioli sauce that comes with it is too!!! Thick, dense and warm with a hint of chargrilled taste to it. It came with a phenomenal spread too. I wish they had this restaurant where I live. Did I mention how phenomenal the focaccia bread is
delish and amazing, our server Carlos was amazing and really treated us right! also shout out to Mac the manager, really made my brothers grad dinner a moment to celebrate!
I ate there twice while staying in Denver, once in the morning and once at night. I got the plan cakes which were solid, if I were to get them again then I would ask for extra syrup. I then got pizza it was the Gabagool, as an office fan it was fun to get that, and it was DELICIOUS!! It was a Napoli type pizza which I appreciate. Delicious!!!
