Hat Club Noho

My husband love these hat and has spend over $1000's of dollars on the site. We went to visit the store and one of the staff because of me does not know how close he was to getting badly hurt, for being so rude. My husband was so close, I only gave it 3* because how much my husband loves Hatclub.com . Do better

the store wasnt open when i arrived 3 hours before closing time and i called customer service and the store yet nobody answered

Worst website and store!!!!! When you cannot buy a Yankee hat cause of a gimmick to create hype ..its a joke.. You can go on New Era and Create and Customized side patches and so much more for less money!!!!!!They are basically losing customers making them go elsewhere !!!!!

Trash website, trash customer service, trash overall experience. They know the hype behind their product and instead of doing preorders so everyone can get a hat they release it to bots so consumers have to over pay.
