I went to Haute Hair for the first time today. As someone unfamiliar with the process I was given great customer service. Cheva was patient with my questions and was very thorough and kind. I am looking forward to ordering from them on Monday.

While walking down H Street, I see this new hair store and go in. The store is beautiful, modern and the staff is really nice! They immediately offered me something to drink, and I sat at the bar and looked through all their textures of hair. All the hair is beautiful! I decided to get their Burmese tight curl, and as I was speaking with the sales person, I realized that I've been wearing their hair for years! They just opened the store in October, but I was buying it through my stylist. Well, now the secret is out. Great quality, great service, and I will save a few dollars by going to their store, instead of getting it through my stylist.

I can't speak highly enough about your team's exceptional customer service, professionalism, respect and the quality medical cranial prosthesis that you provide to female veterans. Your support to us who suffer with hair loss due to Alopecia, chemotherapy, medication etc. has been life changing.... My self esteem and appearance has increased beyond anything I could imagine, since coming to Haute Hair. Thanks again for your support to female veterans......It is greatly appreciated!
