Took me 3 years to make decision for hair transplant. But it was a horrible experience. I never want to give any business bad review, because I'm a business owner too. but the experience I had today was beyond my imagination. My appointment at 11:30, I came on time and the receptionist tell me to sit and wait. Waited for 45 minutes and I ask how long do I have to wait, she told me she doesn't know, just wait because 4 people before me (the place was empty, I'm the only one was in the waiting room) I thought because I was dress kinda casual, so they may think I couldn't afford the cost, and they probably don't want to waste their time. So if you ever consider go there, make sure you dress up, so you don't have to go through my bad experience. I don't really know how their work, but I dont think I wanted to know.

Got my transplant about 18 months ago. Total waste of money. I’m young (low 30s) and I only grew hair in about 10% of the region they said would be full after the surgery. Save your money!!!

Looks like I am loosing more hair after the FUE transplant,it cost me around 13k but it's been a waste of money,so disappointed,was told that I have to give it 8-12 months to see the growth but no satisfactory results.
