Dr. Kiely and staff were amazing!!! Everyone was always so pleasant and reassuring. I did have a strange reaction to some medications but the doctors were all very patient through the entire process. I appreciate them all and have told all of my family and friends about it. 6 and 3 months later I am seeing fantastic results!

Doctor is very knowledgeable and understanding. little far to travel but definitely worth it.

I have never posted a review on a product or service before, but because the result of this hair replacement procedure was SO much better than I could have imagined, I just wanted to share with others who may be dealing with their hair loss issues my experience. I was in my 50's when the inevitable receding hairline woes began. at the time, the procedures to regain hair were still not refined, as witnessed with some of my friends who had undergone grafts, plugs, etc;. treatments were not impressive to say the least. so I hesitated pursuing the protocols available. fast forward to 2013, now in my 60's, call it vanity, narcissism or checking off a box in my bucket list, whatever, I decided to research the hair loss techniques then present; it was apparent that like all medical procedures, replacing hair techniques were more refined and more predictable. thus, on the internet , I came across Dr. Kiely who specialized in hair replacement procedures; made appointment for consultation, and found him to be extremely knowledgeable, and he carefully explained all the facets of diagnosis, treatment, reasonable expectations regarding intended results in terms easily understood by me. thus, I went ahead with Dr. Kiely's treatment plan. I must say Dr. Kiely, and his staff of Joy, Lynn and Omar were all so very professional, well organized, and exhibited very good chairside manner. their post-op care was impressive, calling and answering any questions I might have had. after a year, I noticed that not only was there significant hair growth in front, but more than even Dr. Kiely had anticipated. I cannot tell you the joy I felt looking in the mirror every day, YES, call it vanity but I loved it! also, my wife and friends even commented behind my back how much younger I looked ( at my age how sweet that sounded). if you are thinking about looking into hair replacement , please! at least make a consultation appointment with Dr. Kiely.you owe it to yourself.

He did an awful job. Look at the reviews from people on other sites. He does massive grafts and puts them right up on the hairline. I actually had people ask me who had never met me if I'd had a hair transplant. Just got a second procedure done by another doctor who agreed he did a terrible job and had to clean up his mess both at the hairline and the extraction point by now switching to FUT.
