To whom it may concern; We just returned from a fabulous 5 week stay at Canterbury Place #16D. It was a great condo, everything we were wanting, centrally located in Waikiki, beach, shopping, restaurants, transportation etc. The condo was fully stocked with towels, cooking utensils, cleaning supplies etc. We would definitely rebook this condo in the future. Hawaii Vacation Properties were nice enough to roll over our stay from a booking we had made for 2020. The shut down time from COVID. We stayed in the Ilikai Resort #2122 and what a view! Beautiful place. Very clean and updated. Easy to find too. The resort is in a good location for the beach and for all tour pickups. I would recommend this property, and I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

if I could give this company even -10 stars I would,worst customer service I have ever seen,reserved a hotel room for December and I got charged for it and got a email 4 days later said that I no longer have a room anymore and a guy name Janathan who call himself a manager and most disrespectful person I have ever seen told me I have to wait until November for them to call or even do something for me!!actually he said that with very bad attitude!!they get your money and they make you wait until the last minute for you to not having any other option and for the same price they give you another room!!if I see another property under this company management I would run away !!!

Ilikai Hotel is in a great location and close to the beach and restaurants. My unit was clean and had everything we needed with an awesome view of the ocean/lagoon.

This place was perfect! The location is top notch as you’re within walking distance to pretty much everything you need. The Waikiki trolley picks up and drops off right in front of the property as well. The view is just as pictured, beautiful! We brought our 2 little ones along with us and the divider in the room made it the perfect space for what we needed.

Hawaii vacation properties were fantastic. They were available whenever we needed to communicate with them and provided us with an awesome room at a great price for our honeymoon. We dream of coming back to Oahu thanks to this company. Don't hesitate to rent from them! They do put a security deposit hold on your account but as long as you make sure your room is clean at the end of your stay they don't charge you. They aren't out to nickel and dime you like so many others out there. 5 stars from me, will definitely rent through them again!
