Like another poster, I was charged $300 for a cleaning fee that was not disclosed in the lease. I was also charged for damage to the exterior of the condo and for an item that was broken at the time k moved in. The realtor made no effort to fix the item, but then charged me for repairs. I absolutely would not rent from this agency again and would advise anyone thinking of doing so to have language about the cleaning fee added to the lease.

Stayed at Ilikai #1239. The place was ready when we arrived. Great View. Management was great & helpful. They checked on us to make sure everything was going well. They supplied us with kitchen supplies. You can cook if you want. Apart from having issue with the A/C in the master bedroom, everything else was great. Overall, the place was amazing. It looks exactly like the pictures. I would recommend Captain Cook Real Estate. Thank for having us

Amazing experience. The condo was a few minutes walk from Waikiki beach and service was flawless. And we appreciated the good equipment- from the many beach towels to the body board ;-

Got charged $300 for deep cleaning/Covid fee for an already clean condo. No mention of this kind of charge in the lease. Renters beware.

I had been looking for a 6 month furnished rental. They were expensive and ugly. I found the perfect place near the marina through this realtor company. Love it!

I love these guys! If you are looking for a vacation rental, there's no better place to go with. We stayed at the most beautiful, yards from the beach, loved everything about our visit, but it was the home we stayed at that made it perfect!
