Illikai #1944 was beautiful. My only issue is customer service. PAUL was amazing. Very responsive and friendly. I believe that regardless of your online “last minute discount” price, if you can make a deal happen and discount 2%, that shows good faith negotiations. I had no choice and booked the place because it fit our needs, there was no further discount. If you are looking for a place, I would still recommend this unit in particular. Right outside the busy Waikiki tourist trap. Comes with a parking spot. Beds are ok. If you have luggage, the vallet will take it up for $2 a bag because this is a resident home.

We've stayed in two or three different locations in / around Honolulu and Waikiki. Captain Cook had good properties and most importantly, their service was excellent. Staying for a long period of time as we often do will always bring some issues eventually, and you'll need to rely on the company to come through and fix whatever went wrong. Captain Cook's staff was the best we've found by far. We'll call them first the next time we're on the island. Thanks for all your help Byron! Paul & Erika

Great location, near everything in waiks

Very good and quick to respond, even on Christmas Eve and Christmas day. We booked through ABB, however they have their own site as well and prices would be better through there.
