OVERALL - amazing! I had Dr. Griesel, very easy to talk to, didn’t feel nervous at all, I felt comfortable. Yes, we have our own preferences & I preferred a Woman OB/GYN. I appreciate the office being ALL WOMEN, it made me feel very at ease & comfortable.

This business should be ashamed. I just moved to Hawai’i and was referred to this office by my primary care dr for my OB-GYN needs. They requested my insurance card info which it states on anthem’s site and I called anthem’s representatives and they stated my insurance is accepted here. The cold woman on the other side of the phone told me that they can’t help me and my insurance is not accepted. It’s really such a shame that I can’t even get an OB-GYN appointment here and they are clueless on insurance coverages. Please educate yourself.

There is no more unfriendly receptionist on the phone than here! The lady on the phone just told me my insurance is not accepted. Since I am an exchange student I have health insurance abroad. She did not understand this and did not want to offer me an appointment. She was super unfriendly and did not help at all.

Dr. Griesel is awesome! She’s very easy to talk to and makes you comfortable from start to finish. You can tell she really cares more about her patients and explains every detail and makes sure you actually understand. Very happy I found her!

Glad to have Dr. Rudy as my doctor for the past 20 years. She's always very caring, takes the time to listen and address any concerns I may have, and never makes me feel rushed. And when she's not available, she works with a group of great doctors who can step in and be there for me as well. The office staff is also very helpful, and the wait time has been little to no wait time, which is always great. Overall, Dr. Rudy and her staff are the best!

Dr. Spector is amazing but the medical records staff in the office did not win me over. Everyone was very nice and welcoming but I recently moved and had to switch OB's. They assured me that transferring my records would be easy and painless. After speaking to four different people over the past two and a half weeks, I was finally able to get them to fax my records to ME directly since it was obviously too difficult to fax them to my new OB I had previously signed the release form before moving off island. If I would have known that it would have been this difficult to receive my records and cause me to almost have my first OB appointment with my new doctor cancelled, I would have never gone there. Be warned, the medical records staff doesn't respond or send records quickly. Side note - it's tough to get ahold of the office staff generally and sometimes they don't return phone calls. Joanne helped me greatly to get everything resolved so I am very thankful for her.

Dr. Gertz is one of the most down to earth and truly compassionate doctors that I have ever had. She always takes the time to really listen to what I have to say and makes me feel very comfortable asking any questions. I never feel rushed during our appointments or like an inconvenience. I have never had a GYN doctor that made me feel more like a friend than a patient. She is truly remarkable.

Dr. Rudy is a wonderful, caring doctor. She takes the time to connect with her patients and offers thoughtful treatment plan custom tailored to your needs. She always goes above and beyond to help, and her bedside manner is excellent.

Dr. Spector was an absolute pleasure! She was friendly, personable, and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She addressed issues that I have been having for years that not one other doctor has ever helped me with. The office is so charming and welcoming. 10/10 for me I’m never going anywhere else again!

Dr Leialoha is the BEST! I appreciate the way she listens to my concerns, gives me suggestions to improve my situation and supports me in being my best self. She shows genuine concern for her patients. She is down to earth and kind! Love her!
