All I wanted was confirmation that my online payment was processed filled out form and uploaded my bank statement twice. HM ignored my requests to confirm and sent me an e-check with a 3.00 charge, without knowing if the online payment was going to go through. On mainland and emails have my time zone in correspondence, they called me at 7:00pm. Lot of negative reviews here, could more training and staff be required to provide adequate customer satisfaction?
When you phone the company to ask a question regarding a projected change in charges, the phone rings and a pre-recorded message comes on urging you to choose one of the options. No matter which option you choose I ultimately tried them all, the phone just disconnects. I cannot imagine that a company doing business for so many entities in Hawaii Would have such a blatant lack of customer service! I called at 3:30 p.m. on a Tuesday afternoon. I want to register my disatisfaction with Someone who has some clout!
Gene Peles who is the property manager for the Waikiki Landmark is never available to speak with you when you visit their office location. He has made some bad decisions such as hiring two former security staff with GM Chris White. These security staff were downright abusive and shouldn't have been hired in the first place. They also allow the President of the board use owner's addresses to advertise for he and his wife who work for Century 21 within the same building. Owners addresses should not be given out for marketing reasons and they should be kept private no matter who you are. I gave 2 stars because the ladies at reception are friendly.
This company has been completely unresponsive. Newtown Estates Community Association signed up with this company this year and directed all of us residents to sign in to the Hawaiiana Management Company's website for NEWTOWN residents. However, when I tried 4 times to do this in October 2023, I could not log in and sent a trouble request to the Hawaiiana Management Company for help. No response! I sent another request and another and NO RESPONSE! I hope Newtown Estates Community Association drops this management company soon!
Customer service is a joke. Just go straight to the police or a lawyer if you are being harassed by their employees or if they are facilitating a hostile environment for residents.
Management company of Hawaiian Monarch both lack responsibility and accountability for invalid and incorrect information which results in the loss of time and money. Furthermore the contract for towing services is highly suspicious and borderline criminal. When a car gets towed from the lower parking turnaround area and is taken into the parking of the hotel and the charge is almost $200.00. Please contact me if you've had similar experiences with the Manager Nate or their Security Department Personnel
This has to be the most useless company anyone can be involved with. The company is not well managed and just after the monies received from home owners. The system being used is archaic and you cannot even see your statement online. Collection process is a total joke and when you put in calls they do not respond to calls. After payments i made these guys sent me a collection notice which is kind of absurd to think of. Their reconciliation process is non-existing! If i had my way I would not want to have anything to do with this company!!! I wish i could give Negative stars
This "management" lacks proper organization and financial awareness. There have been recurring issues regarding the mishandling of funds and a lack of transparency in financial matters. Additionally, the management seems to struggle with effective leadership, leading to various operational inefficiencies and a lack of direction.
Terrible property management. Ignore concerns and only place they use their funding is paying their attorneys to get away with not doing anything. They just take money but provide no service. Haven’t had plumbing for weeks after main line break. They didn’t put or provide notices or even answer phones for a sewage leak into my apartment. Still without plumbing.
They railroaded current owners with a project approved a few years ago and have given very little details at the scope of the work. One aspect of this electrical job is to have a wire running across the interior living room ceiling.
