Kendall is the best! When I needed information he was quick to deliver. He demonstrated his professionalism and real estste/ property managment knowledge without hesitation. His team is great too!

People can be nice when they want your business but what really shows professionalism and quality is how they deal with problems. We signed a rental agreement at 7520 kahakuloa place and got duped into a situation. The owners had made a division in the house where they live in one of the bedrooms and concealed the bedroom door into the wall. A month into the rent, Refrigerator water started leaking, back screen door didn’t close, and kitchen faucet was almost coming off. To our surprise the landlords living in the concealed bedroom were using our washing machine in the shared garage which wasn’t in the agreement. At random times everyday the landowners boyfriend would open the fence door and come to use the hose in our side and then go back to their side of the locked fence. They even started parking in our driveway. At this point I called the rental manager to tell him but he was defensive of the landowners and made things worse as the middle man. Not sure how he relayed our concerns to them, but our landowners got really upset and shouted at us something along the lines of “leave us alone and stay on your side!” they took their revenge by taking our new iPhone the next day. We had it in the living room, and it was gone the next day when we cAme back home. There were no break ins and the only people who have access to the home through the garage is the landowners which we kept locked and closed. The day after that, our car key was missing when we went out for a walk at night, but our neighbors found it thrown in the street the next day. We called the broker to report but still waiting to see if he will get back to us. We cleaned up and left the place early because we didn’t feel safe in there anymore. What a joke of a way to deal with things.

I was so impressed on how quickly he responded and willingness to meet us at our home. He came to our home explained everything. And he was so personable and right away I could tell how much he cares about his clients . And without hesitation, we signed on and we have been very satisfied and happy with our choice to switch ever since. Great communication and great follow up. Viola is also amazing. She met with our tenants, inspected unit, and addressed all issues. I didn’t have this kind of follow up previously and so no doubt in my mind we have made a good choice and we are going to be very well taken cared of. Kendall also gets back to you as soon as he can.
