Wonderful shop and people there! I had a sewing emergency and needed to finish something before I could get my machine repaired. They were so nice as to let me use a machine in the store the day I dropped off my machine for repair so that I could finish a project. You can tell that they actually care about the customers and take pride in everything they sell and offer in the store. Sewing machine repair was quick, and I am already signed up to take a class here because I had such a great experience with the service. Highly recommended!

They have great classes at a very affordable price, they help you in class show you how to do things. Teach you great skills. I am a lifelong customer of Hayes because of the friendly staff and great priced machines
