A great selection of items. I was buying foam for some outdoor pillows and the checkout fellow told me that if I downloaded their app, I could use a coupon that took 70% off!!! Saved me more than $200! Using their app I learned about classes and have signed up for a beginners quilting class. Very pleased so far.

Let me tell you how great the employees of this store are. The general finding of my needed materials was made very easy by helpful staff who knew where their product is. Once I got my fabric and material picked out, getting it cut was nice and easy. The worker at the cutting station knew her conversions and measurements very well. I got precise, straight cuts, which is not an easy task with burlap. No frayed edges and no bad cuts. Absolutely fantastic. Plus, was just generally cheery, always an added bonus to find. Lastly, JoAnn's is not out to nickel and dime you. I'm fact, it's the opposite. In-store they had a 20% off coupon on an item just for texting a word to their number. They also had an app that gives you additional coupons. The cashier knew how their coupons were used and gave me the best possible discount I could have received. I am pleasantly surprised about how they run their business and treat their customers.

Helpful people. It's a hit or miss with their workers. They always offer coupons for regular priced items and college students. Cashiers are always friendly.

I really enjoy my shopping experience at Joannes. The have a huge selection of arts and crafts, sewing materials etc..
