HDB repeatedly scheduled dock repairs and said they would be out on certain dates and did not show up at the scheduled time nor did they even have the courtesy to bother to return phone calls or reschedule failed appointments. I was very disappointed about their failure to follow through with what they said they would do on multiple occasions. Lousy customer service.

Customer service is not great. They are very expensive. My dock that they installed has come off the pilings twice. Had I not noticed it right away it would have absolutely wrecked my $50,000 Wakeboard boat. They fixed the first one and I fixed the second one because I didn't want my dock sitting on the rocks for a day. They broke boards on my dock during the installation process. They said that they would come fix them. It has been two months and still no word on that. I would recommend finding another company for your lake needs.
