I have been going to Heaven for 4 years and every time is perfect. John and Jenny owners are the nicest people I know, they are incredibly dedicated and love their customers. Jenny does my nails primarily as she does the more elaborate designs, I love my nails every single time. All of the staff is very nice and willing to help. I came in to get a fill expecting to pay like $50, I got there and the lady told me what I had on was dip powder not acrylic which I didn’t know so I was to totally ok with whatever she had to do next. But she didn’t tell me any prices of the new services I was getting and I don’t know if she didn’t hear me or didn’t care when I asked but I never got an answer. Then I wanted acrylic and she got everything for an acrylic set out but then did dip nails instead which we never discussed and she never asked about. She also made me bleed but was super nice and apologetic about it. There was little to no communication about anything and me being a novice at this I didn’t know what to except or what she wa s doing when she did the dip. I came in excepting to pay $50 and left laying $80 for something I don’t even like as much. I am sad because I cannot drop money like that without some kind of notice and would’ve happily figured it out with her had she asked what I was on with. There was no communication, I think my nails look ok but definitely not worth $80. Extremely disappointed. Update: the spot she made me bleed still hurts a week later and looks really bad. I was not happy with my pedicure. The trimming of my nails were crooked they didn’t paint my whole nail. I asked the nail tech to fix the nail but it only made it worse. I didn’t ask for a refund I should have but they were making it seem like they didn’t see a problem with it. It was 48 dollars for the the gel pedicure. It’s expensive for me which is why it’s upsetting. Don’t get to treat myself very often. I would do zero stars if I could never going back againService: Pedicure

The guy that did my nails was super nice and funny. He did such a great job on my nails and did the cutest snowflake design. I will definitely be coming back.

My nail tech kept commenting on how big my nails & fingers are. Rude! Yes, I know, but I cannot do anything about it. I come to get my nails done to help my hands appear smaller. Plus the nails were crooked, crescent shaped instead of flat at the ends. My nails chipped before I even left. My biggest gripe about this place is the wait time. If you make an appointment you might as well be a walk in because the wait time can be up for 45 minutes after you arrive. This place use to be the BEST! I understand life happens & work place life happens but it’s frustrating to make an appointment & wait so long to get in.Services: Nail art

I had a GREAT experience here! Everyone was super nice and welcoming. I’m rating 3 stars because my acrylics only lasted 10 days : I didn’t even have a chance to get a fill. Otherwise excellent service. You can tell they really care about their costumers!Service: Acrylic nails

I am a male and a First time customer that came in for a Pedicure. No prices were posted and nobody showed me a menu. I asked for a simple Pedicure. I Ended up getting a toe nail clipping and a short massage that cost me $50. I feel like i was taken advantage of .Service: Pedicure

Will never use this nail salon again. They drilled my natural nails so far down for just a gel mani that my natural nails have holes in them and they are so flimsy they are legit peeling off my fingers. Stay far away from this place. While I was getting the mani and pedi they rushed the service so much and the gel on my fingers looked absolutely horrible and they were for my engagement proposal. The lady who did my pedicure was awesome and did a great job. The guy who did my nails… he was texting and on the phone the ENTIRE time which is very disrespectful when I’m paying a hefty amount for a rushed, horrible manicure. Very disappointed. Had to redo my mani immediately after I left. If I could rate the manicure negative stars I would. The pedicure and lady who did my pedicure was an absolute sweetheart and wonderful…10/10 for her.Services: Pedicure
