Polished Nail Spa

I had utilized polished for their nail techs, not their name. In the years that I went there, I have seen four different nail techs - every single one of them left polished. When I asked them why, they explained the typical reasons someone leaves a job: better pay, better hours, better environment. But when two of the four techs and I became close, details came through of their experiences. There was unnecessary office drama of relationships between employer and employees, harassment, favouritism, and more responsibilities without the ability to move up the corporate ladder. You can't be an employer and expect the world from your staff if you don't give them the world. Quality versus quantity. Needless to say, I won't ever be utilizing this salon again. I don't condone bullying, manipulation, or lies. I want the person's I choose for my nail care to reap the full benefit of their skills.Services: Nail extensions

I LOVE treating myself to pretty nails! I get the gel polish. Thuy is amazing! She is professional, FAST and my nails look fabulous! She really knows her stuff! I can actually schedule to get my nails done on my lunch break. She has me in and out in 1/2 hour!

My friend and I went to get our nails done for the holidays. The girls who worked on us were so funny and friendly and so easy to make conversation with. I just got a simple, short acrylic with gel coat and matte red polish. I think I've found where I'm going to be returning over and over again.

Polished is great! Every single nail tech is fantastic. They are all kind and do great Manis and pedis.

I went to get a nail fill and was very disappointed. The lady was way to rough on my fingernails and even cut multiple parts on my fingers, my nails look crooked and she charged me $47 for a fill. Never going back and I wouldn’t recommend.Service: Acrylic nails

First time ever going to Polished and first time getting a gel manicure and it was Amazing!! I went in with my mom and sister to get our nails done for my wedding and it was so quick and Courtney did a beautiful job on my french tips and it lasted for weeks! My mom and sister also had a great experience and received multiple compliments on their nails when they went back home.
