Hector's Outdoor Haven

This place has severly gone down hill since Hector has had to step away. It's now being run, managed and operated by his son in law. His customer service is terrible and the arrogance/attitude he has, is definitely not one Hector would be proud of. My advice is NOT to buy here, buy online or at one of the other stores in the area that honor their sales agreement. If you HAVE to buy here....... CHECK YOUR RECEIPT & make sure prices are correct.

It was a great visit to the establishment my team got exactly what they were looking for and it was Great hospitality it was worth the 3 half hour ride and they are willing to go above and beyond for their costumer even when meeting them for the first time. Ps from Sharky the Bronx great job guys

If I could give a zero star review I would the employee was treating me like trash this was my first time ever going there and I hated it there I want to get in the airsoft but this place absolutely sucked

They can have too many good accessory or gun for u. But, something that I hate is when ppl lie. They told me: "If u have trouble with the gun bring us and we fix it for free with the gun receipt". When I was there to check why my gun was shooting 2 ball at the same time or the ball fall when I'm not shooting. The men there told me: That happen because the weather is too cold. He told me that, to prevent check my gun for free. Why they say buy the gun here, and when u have trouble bring us to check it and fix it for free if they don't want to do it?

You don't find places like this anymore. Their airsoft and paintball selection is amazing, and they really know their stuff. Plus, stop in and you can actually meet the guy who's name is on the door. The whole store has the feel of shop run by a small town neighbor in the 1950s. They're prices are competitive with Amazon, but even where they were a few bucks more expensive, a firm handshake from a guy who stands behind his products beats an online 5 star review any day.

I took a couple tanks to get filled and one had a leak . He fixed for free and is super friendly. Also bought my first marker from them. So nice there
