His knowledge of the business helped us when it came time to making offers and getting our offer accepted. Kelli Pirro was very good and kept on top of everything. Home sold very fast. I was confused, however, that my original agent, Dave Heeter, seemed to leave most if not all of the selling and showing up to Kelli. I realize they work as a team but I felt that when I interviewed Mr. Heeter and hired him as my realtor that he would be the one I was mostly dealing with. This was not the case and it was Kelli who did most of the work although she was not as experienced as Mr. Heeter.
