Be very careful when working with this company especially if you are buying a house from one of their sellers. I would make sure they seller isn’t coached through filling out the home disclosure. We have had an extremely negative experience with items that were not disclosed but absolutely known about. An example is we were fortunate to have hired a Plummer that had worked on the house in the past (with the old owners) and all the plumbing problems that we are experiencing with our new house were problems the seller and agent were aware of. Unfortunetly when we purchase the house we were in moving from another state so not able to monitor the house everyday and we were absolutely taken advantage of. The hot tub is out of commission (this was not disclosed) there was a very bad storm in the area before we closed willing cause damage to the house and now this agency has advised the seller not to take action. Refrigerator doesn’t work (not disclosed). All being said, just be cautious when working with this agency. I wish you better luck then we experienced.

Cyndi Gadberry a realtor with this office has done a great job to help us sell our house. She has the experience and resources to bring in photographers with special skills, refer service providers and suggest staging techniques. Here connections with the relocation markets is critical and helpful for us to close.
