Heidi was an incredible partner and guide through the crazy Portland market. She is very knowledgeable about the different neighborhoods in Portland and has excellent contacts in all fields for anything that may need to be bid prior to an offer or as part of negotiation I can not tell you HOW VALUABLE this is. She is part marriage counselor and part cheerleader and overall just a very competent person to have in your corner. We will use Heidi for all future real estate purchases in Oregon!

Heidi was a fabulous realtor.  We were on a tight time schedule to find a rental property to invest in and she was always on top of the latest listings that met our requirements.  She prescreened properties for us and was always easy to schedule with to see houses.  She has extensive knowledge of NE and SE and was an invaluable resource during the bidding, inspection, and negotiating phases of buying the duplex we settled on.  In a few years we will be ready to sell our primary residence and move to SE or NE.  We will definitely use Heidi again!

Heidi is VERY special. We do not live here in Portland, so home shopping was tough as we are not always here. Heidi proactively wrote owners to get us an unlisted place-off market at a great price. She was always available and knowlegable about the market in Portland and the neighborhoods. Being a native, she knows unusual places and had great alternative ideas for locations wee hadn't looked at. She really understood our needs and preferences.  She also has great resources for fix up, property improvements, etc. She is GREAT!!!!

We used Heidi to purchase a home. She was very knowledgeable and constantly kept us up to date with market trends and new listings. When we are ready to relocate we will definitely use her again. I have recommended Heidi to friends and family, I’ve heard nothing but good things.

Heidi was absolutely amazing to have as a realtor.  We bought our first home with Heidi and cannot imagine what the process would have been like without her expertise. She is extremely knowledgable, patient, honest and reliable.  She went above and beyond what I ever would have expected from a realtor.  Thanks so much Heidi!!
