Update: Rating 5 stars after Kristine Schad's response as well as a card from Jessica which I received in the mail a few days ago. After hearing back, I have more confidence in the store and will be paying a visit soon. Their concern was very much appreciated. Thanks again. Made a trip over there for nothing. They did not have my make-up in stock and said it was on order. I needed it now. Owner/Mgr made no attempt to get to know me as a new customer....not a great first impression. I found my make-up at another MN store. Will not be going back.

I love having a Merle Norman Cosmetic Studio so close to my home, and the day spa is an added bonus! The owner remembers me every time I come in, and that makes me feel so very welcome. Love it.

This is a new business that's run like a dream. Great facial and really knowledgeable, friendly, professional staff.

Never had my products in stock. Always had to order, then I had to make another trip to pick up the products. Sold the incorrect product on more than one occasion.
