I started seeing Dr. Cummings at revival life in September of 2017. I started seeing him due to a diabetic condition that kept me from maintaining a healthy blood sugar level. When I first started seeing him I was taking three pills a day. 50 pounds lighter I take one pill a day and feel great . He has a wonderful staff and never rush you out the door I will continue to see him even though I am now at the weight I want to be at to maintain my diabetes.

I went in for a minor procedure yesterday with Dr. Cummins and received a consultation previously. Dr. Cummins took the time to explain the entire procedure, minor risks/complications, and what to expect after. Him and his nurse Dawn made me feel very at ease and made sure I was comfortable and satisfied. They are very welcoming and the practice is so cozy. So glad I found them.

Botox lasted longer than any other place (15+) that I have received it, price was fair and Dr. Cummins was so gentle!

Had my first Venus Freeze treatment today and it was great. The nurse is super nice and so is the Dr. The receptionist is also so very sweet. They made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. Can't wait to go back :)

Have been using Dr.Cummins and his staff for 2 years. They have taken years off my looks, and I feel younger. I do facial maintenance every 3-4 months, to take care of age spots and veins, plus now botox.
