Myo Rejuvenation Med Spa

Please read this review if you are considering having a procedure done here. DON"T... JUST DON'T!!!!! I am saving you money. Morgan is a scam artist!!! I signed up for the Care Credit Plus card offered through this office(per him) and then I was told I had to pay 10% down for a cool sculpting procedure. I paid 10% down that day and the rest would be put on the Care Credit Card on the day of the procedure. He called me a week later and told that he was doing away with Care Credit Plus Card. I asked him where that left me, that I had already paid him a deposit and applied for the Care Credit Plus card. He canceled my appointment and said he was going to refund my deposit!!!! I still haven't received my deposit and it's been over two months. Every time I call him it is one excuse after another. Very bad business! Do your research and find a reputable company!!

TERRIBLE customer service. I sent an appointment request form and it had been over a month and no one followed up. I stopped by the office and managed to walk in behind another patient. I wasn’t asked any questions and was rushed when trying to set up an appointment date/time. I was told I would get a text reminder. I never did and felt like the appointment day was coming soon and wanted to confirm. I called literally every day for a week. The number just rings and goes to a voicemail and the mailbox is full. I’ve stopped by the office 3 times and could never get in the building! Ridiculous!

I have called and left three voicemails over a week's time trying to set up an appointment for a consultation for my mom and myself. My call has not been returned. The phone rings and goes to an automated voicemail every time. You would think with the great reviews on their customer service that they would have a front desk receptionist or someone capable of returning a call. I'll be taking our business elsewhere.

Morgan is wonderful at what he does. He puts you immediately at ease and explains everything thoroughly. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Paid 1600 for a procedure and cant even get them to answer the phone! I'm taking them to small claims court!
