I cannot stress enough how much you should avoid Helm. 2yr tenant of Helm. Seriously, choose apts in NYC based on the management. Trust us, and don't go with Helm.
Amazing place to live for the past 4 years. Management rocks and is so helpful and quick to assist with maintenance requests. Rent is easy to pay online. Amenities are superb and the building is always very clean. The apartment/building itself is great and super quiet. Highly recommend.
The building management is not responding to millions of email requests for balance due for services received. We really hope this can be resolved.
