STAY FAR AWAY! I have been trying to get roaches out of my apartment and get any answers regarding my rent price that I have been paying and have not heard back in months. I’ve sent 10+ emails and have heard nothing from Management. What a joke. Find another Management company that cares about their tenants... this place sure doesn’t!
I have rented an apartment from GPG for the past 3.5 years and have had an excellent experience with the GPG team who have been professional and responsive. I also found the super very helpful as/when needed.
I have only both rented and owned property managed by GPG. They have always been incredibly responsive and made any building issues a priority. All materials are top notch have been built to last. Have loved all of my supers.
