I don't think I remember ever having such terrible service. It's too bad too because in the past I used to go often because I really liked it. I usually save giving a tip after service because if it's exceptional I want my tip to reflect that. But the short end of it, between me and those I was with learned we weren't worth acknowledging much because we weren't a boy to flirt with. After waiting so much longer than we should have, we learned my food was burnt... At that point I really should have just had her refund my money. It took longer than it should have just to get her attention, then who knows how burnt it was...or if it even got started then the ignoring continued.... I was livid. I will never go back again. I went in very nice and understanding - because again, I really liked it in the past. Not worth my time or money ever again.

Delicious! I got a grilled cheese with tomato and bacon and I am very impressed she uses real cheddar and fresh mozzarella! Anna, the owner, is very nice, I enjoy our interactions. I also dont see very well and I didnt have to explain that, she just took the initiative to read the menu and and prices to me. Which in my opinion is the height of customer service.

Bad customer service, the lady was on her phone the entire time. Put gloves on, then touched her phone with gloves then touched my food. Ordered my panini which she only put in the panini press for like 2 seconds, sandwich was still cold. Will not be back

I've gotten sandwiches a few times here & my experience has never been great but it's so convienent. Today the woman was on her phone the whole time & pulled it away from her mouth for a second for me to order a grilled cheese w/ tomato, which is what I always get. When she brought it to me it was on wheat bread, it had always been on white before. I can't have seems seeds & asked her to check & make sure there were no seseme seeds in the bread. She yelled at me for not telling her that before she made the sandwich. I told her she was on the phone, which she still was. Anyway, she made me another sandwich but still seemed pretty mad at me so I was reluctant to eat it.

DISGUSTING! The worst turkey, bacon avocado wrap I have ever had!! These people should be ashamed of themselves for serving me what they did!The wrap she served me had to have been at least a week old! The lettuce was wilted, tortilla soggy & wet, the avocado in the wrap was BLACK! I could not believe I was served this! I also had the worst customer service experience. I went into this café to order & the woman behind the counter would not even get off her cell phone while I placed my order & paid. When I came back to return the vile wrap I was served she was still on the phone imagine that! I asked for a refund & had to show her how disgusting the wrap I was served was. Still on her cell phone she gives me a refund. No I am sorry or apologize for that. The WORST customer service ever!!! I will never ever go back nor refer anyone. Stay away! They serve old food & have terrible customer service!!!! I was very disappointed.

This place is small warming to my soul and feels like a very Authentic Italian food joint. I had the best Panini I think possible to taste here in America and the woman who owns the restaurant works so hard to make it so incredible. This is my favorite restaurant style food place right now with red iguana being a slightly more expensive close second.

I don't remember visiting nor seeing what they had to offer

Their grilled cheese sandwiches, muffins and cookies are awesome. The lady working there is very nice.

I used to come here all of the time. I'm glad its survived!!
