The greens and black eye peas were straight out of your grandmas kitchen! Definitely had the smoked flavor. We also got Brussel sprout and the deviled eggs. The drinks were good too. Everything was well priced as well! The singer Jon Rooks was jamming that night! I’d go back just for his singing! Prices weren’t bad either.

Amazing food, atmosphere, and service. A wonderful experience for self-professed foodies and adventurous diners. Their deviled eggs, steak tartare and ribeye are all highly recommended and I hope to return in the not-so-distant future. I traveled from Charlotte to enjoy the food here and I can say with confidence that the food here is worth traveling for. If you decide to eat here, I hope you enjoy it as thoroughly as I did. Parking: Free parking in a nearby parking garage if you go after 6pm and on weekends.

Wow! The atmosphere is laid back fine dining. An amazing crowd. They had great service and the food was to die for. I had the espresso old fashioned, a must try. Make sure you check out the rooftop bar before you leave. We will definitely be back! Update: We came back a second time and it's even better than the first

Came here while the sun was going down and the rooftop is beautiful! The food I had was great and the drink was also good. The inside restaurant smelled like raw fish so I was glad to find a rooftop. Vibes are vibbing up there. I had a great experience!Food: 5/5

I had an excellent experience at Hendrix. This is my third time going and each time I greatly enjoyed the food, the cocktail menu, and a service. I would like to thank the two hostesses who were so accommodating when my party was late and shifting my reservation time. Can’t wait to go back!

Thank you is an understatement to the amazing staff at Hendrix. We had the best perfect night celebrating my husband's surprise birthday dinner. The FOOD,DRINKS on point,delicious!!!!

Such an amazing place. Food was amazing, great atmosphere, rooftop was full so get there earlier as it’s first come first serve! Overall, amazing experience and our server was super super nice

I'm going to save everyone time, if you are African American, don't go on the rooftop, for the most part you'll be ignored and when you do get asked would you like something, they will walk off while you are trying to tell them. However since I was meeting friends, I went back downstairs and met Steve. He was the highlight of my evening and he is a great bartender and very attentive. Get the butterscotch cheesecake AND the peppers. The food here is amazeballs

Great atmosphere and rooftop bar. Try the shishito peppers for a salty snack!! The craft cocktails were nicely balanced with friendly bar staff. They even have live music!
