Love this store! The sales personnel are helpful and friendly. The bags and accessories are cute and high-quality. Quick shout-out to Chris-- he's really enthusiastic and he helped me with my purchases yesterday.

This was my first time shopping at Henri Bendel and can I just say I had one of the best experiences shopping at this location than I ever had shopping at a designer store. Erica and Chris were amazing. Chris had called every store in hopes of finding me the sold out Bowery backpack that I’ve been searching for and finally after countless attempts found 1 left at Orlando location. Erica checked me out at the register and gave me a  wonderful promotion and was very kind. Definitely recommend shopping at the KOP location vs the New Jersey location.
