I bought a beautiful dress from RDM and I could not be happier!  Wendy is a true artist!  She completely revamped my dress for me and made sure it fit perfectly!  I needed additional alterations 2 weeks before my son's wedding due to some weight loss and Wendy fit me in, pinned and tucked and had the dress ready for me in a week.  Dolly is very sweet and very helpful.  I received many compliments and I will definately visit RDM for my formal dress needs in the future.   Thank you so much Wendy and Dolly!

A wonderful experience.  
After being turned away at another dress shop on Fayette being told we had to come back for an appointment we cruised (my daughter and I) and looked up alternatives finding (hidden back off Ridge Pike) RDM.  After being asked if we had an appointment we said, just let us look around, yes?  Then we were treated so well and walked out having purchased two unique gowns and will return to pick them up with minor alterations a week later.  Call ahead if you can but, trust me, the inventory is unique, diverse and we are glad the place on Fayette turned us away.   The Fayette folks lost two good sales made just 35 minutes after they turned us away.  HA!  So there!  A wonderful experience with Dolly and sorry, name of owner escapes me now. I love this place and Wendi, the owner as well as Dolly! After months of searching at various places and online for a wedding dress several years ago, someone recommended RDM Designer Outlet. I went and immediately found the perfect dress. Fast forward 3 years and my other daughter is getting married. Of course, I went to RDM and again found a beautiful dress! Wendi,  the owner as well as Dolly who has worked there for many years were so helpful and pleasant. A great experience!  They also saved a nightmare regarding my daughter's wedding dress which was purchased in NYC! She was on her 7th dress fitting! It looked terrible!  Wendi told me to get her and dress down here and she wd fix it. In one day the dress was perfect! Happy dress! Happy Bride. 100% recommend heading to RDM if you need a dress for a special occasion!!!!!

I have been buying formal dresses from Wendy for 30 years - it's simply the best place for affordable, one-of-a-kind designer dresses for your special occasion!

I was dismissed at the door on a Tuesday morning when no clients were in the store.  I was told to call to make an appointment -- What?  Can't I make an appointment now?  No worries, lady!  There are plenty of other places to shop.  I highly recommend avoiding this place!
