Slow service. "Convenience fee" a scam. Kind of a waste of time.

Hours are 8am-4pm.. I called at 3:45 and nobody answered. I sat on hold for 45 minutes listening to "please continue to hold, someone with our staff will be with you momentarily" before I finally hung up. Hm. Apparently everyone leaves before they are suppose to. But I've learned that the entire county of Henrico has serious similar issues with their staff not knowing how to tell time (public utilities, social services, literally every agency). They all need to learn how to read a clock.

Aweful! In Henrico, if you are a land owner, you have no rights. And the magistrates are so idiotic and inept lthat they write protective orders to liars and the complaint doesn't even have to be a threat! In Hanover, it has to be a threat and most of the time the magistrate can see through the garbage. You have to be SCARED of someone to get a protective order. Not because I am a land owner and you are squating in my house and want to keep me away! She said I stopped by unannounced. Yea, behind 6 months, living for free, I'm battling cancer, You have no phone... Yes! Deanna Cox Terry is a con artist and does this for a living going from house to house. Look it up, it's public record., She is squating and all he had to do was run her name and see the long list of law breaking. How she has a lisence is beyond me. She drives on no lisence or suspended to this day and nothing has been done to her.Then she had me arrested! What moron of a magistrate does this? She said I broke it when I was being served. That doesn't even make any sense! Just another ploy to keep me away and cause as much trouble for an already sick person as myself so she can live for free. They wouldn't give me a protective order on her because they said I was honest and they can't help it if she lied! So I asked, "Do you mean that the better liar gets further?" Answer - Unfortunately yes. I hate Henrico

Food sucks, and customer service is terrible. I wouldn't go back, spend your money somewhere else
