Stafford County Circuit Court

The person that answers the phone is rude and is in need of Customer Service Training. The clerks office also needs the same training; these folks are either poorly trained or poorly supervised.

Received a traffic ticket on October 11, 2017. I was told by the ticketing officer that I could pay the fine online. Today is November 1, 2017. This case still doesn't appear on the docket. I have 7 days till my court date. I have called and been cut off, dropped or dumped into voicemail. God help us with the small town bureaucrats.

Completely horrible, every time I call they never pick up and it always goes straight to voice mail. They don't even deserve a star. They need to fix this issue immediately because I don't want to go in and wait in a long line for half and hour or an hour to ask one simply question that could have been answered on the phone. They need to fix this asap.

Caleb is very helpful, if you can get someone on the phone. All other cities you can pay by phone Or set up arrangements as needed these folks can't do anything with your account if you have any type of issue. They need to update. Glad my payments are almost done. Kudos to Caleb though the rest are in the way!!

What's the point of having a phone line and wasting peoples hard earned tax dollars if you don't you use the services to help people over the phone? I don't get it? Now I have to take to trip over there and wait in line just so ask some simple question that could have been answered over the phone. That is unsatisfactory.
