I’ll give zero if there is option. They offer $5 parking voucher but it doesn’t work. I still need to pay for $5 for only 30 mins visit. I even went to the 8th floor twice to get another voucher but it still didn’t work. Waste time and money. Don’t go that location if you have other choice.
I came here today to the Dermatology clinic and received a wonderful service with a very respectful doctor and staff. They all greeted me and my family with smiles and they were very professional and they answered all our questions. Even the pharmacy staff were very friendly and their service was fast. I had an appointment and I didn’t wait more five minutes to until I was called. The lab work went fast as well. I got a parking voucher from the clinic that covered my five dollar parking fees. The view from the eighth floor is beautiful as you can see in my pictures.
I still have no clue why you cant give a 0 on these reviews. Ive been going down here since I was 14. Not for my own medical needs but for school and I always loved the staff. Everyone saif hi and seemed nice so when I heard that I was going to the endocrinology department down there and working with Dr.S as my head provider over 2 years ago I was excited. I knew the area and building so it was easy to get to. Got my doctors note to see them and the 1st few months went well. I missed a follow up appointment where I was supposed to see if we were uping my dose of medication and to introduce me to my new doctors Id be working with along side Dr.S, since I missed it I had to get a new appointment set up and a new blood draw done. I missed the new blood draw by a day on accident, health issues and doctors appointments are daily for me lol, I message them as soon as I can and when I do finally go down to get my blood drawn the request isnt even in there! Ever since then it hasnt been in and ive always had to message them for it, or like this last time I had to walk down to my appointment and then walk to labs after that. They werent the fastest with messaging but they werent the slowest either but since... Trying to communicate with them when you have actual issues is like trying to talk to toddlers, you tell them and tell them the problem n its in 1 ear and out the other. They take FOREVER to message back even if you are currently having a massive issue that exclusively involves their department and jus generally dont care about or for anyone other than themselves. I love the blood draw/labs team down there though, they were always amazing, clean and quick. I never had issues with them jus the doctors who told me they sent in a request for my labs to be done. Side note: I know theres a proper name for the request for labs I jus dont remember it truly get your stuff together. If this is supposed to be our standard and we need to model our health care facilities off of we have more issues than health insurance.... I know personally id NEVER recommend here to anyone who needs help with their hormones or endocrine system in general, youd be better off going to your local meat head, pcp and google at that point
Now initially I was going to disregard the cleanliness of the lobby and continue with my child’s doctor visit. Until I encountered a medical assistant that was very rude without fail.
Henry Ford Medical Center New Center One. ACROSS FROM THE FISHER THEATER. KIDS ACTUALLY ATTEND CLASSES HERE AT THE FISHER THEATER...WOW...THEY ARE LUCKY! BEAUTIFUL HISTORICAL THEATER!
I’ll give it zero for dissemination and disrespectful behaviour from the valet people. Will never use them ever again. So disappointed.
Called on a Friday at 4:53 telling me I need medicine. Put the medicine through my pharmacy right at closing only to find out that it is not covered from a phone call from my pharmacy 30 minutes later. Now I can’t even get to talk to someone until earliest Monday morning. Utter disgrace. Might as well not even call if you’re going to be unavailable to fix a problem you’ve now created over literal days. Going to find a new doctor after this. This is in regards to women’s health. The day of my appointment it took two hours to even see the doctor. This is not the place to go if you’re in some kind of rush. I saw the doctor for no more than 10 minutes 2 hours after my appointment time. Make that make sense.
Good service but the wait time is not worth it when you have already scheduled for your time.
Worse place to go I came here last week for an appointment that’s been waiting for it and I had to wait 2 Hours in the waiting room then I had to cancel the appointment and leave because my husband was laste for work and I rescheduled the appointment for next Monday and same thing they took me in and I been 1hour in the room and the doctor didn’t come in yet worst place to come u have to wait a lot and even tho u came with an appointment!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I usually love this place, but today I am beyond upset. I called Tuesday to request a refill on my son's asthma inhailer and albuterol. I informed them that my son was very low and needed medicine ASAP. I was told that day it would be sent to pharmacy between 1 and 2 days. However, it is now Friday, I called the pharmacy, only to find out that the prescription was never sent. I called Henry Ford New Center 1 Pediatrics to find out why and was told that I have to make an appointment first before my son's prescription can be refilled, and that I cannot get an appointment until middle of next week. My issue is that I was not informed of this until I called to follow up on my request. Asthma is nothing to play with, especially when I informed them my son was low on his medication. I have been to the emergency room Wednesday and Thursday due to his breathing issues, and all of this could have been avoided had I been informed about making him an appointment instead of us going through the Emergency room. The staff I talked to seemed so unconcerned about this situation and repeatedly told me that is there is an emergency to go to the emergency room. I've talked to 3 different people, giving me all different information about appointment dates, and seemed to be agitated, like i'm inconveniencing them because of their issue. I still do not officially have an appointment for my son, and of course, there is not ONE Manager available to speak with. TERRIBLE, asthma is serious.
