The hair is excellent quality and colors really well. Candace was very helpful, she had another client when I arrived however she was prompt. The suite is clean and well organized. I only purchased my hair from HER IMPORTS!

I WANT TO GIVE ZERO STARS! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE THIS SHOP IS TOTALLY A SCAM, IT IS NOT THE HAIR THEY SHOW ON THEIR PAGE IT IS A SCAM. I PAID ALMOST $400 AND THEY SENT ME A HORRIBLE HAIR FULL OF DAMAGED STRANDS, WHEN I TRIED TO MAKE A RETURN THEY DON'T WANT TO REFUND MY MONEY. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE IT IS A VERY POOR QUALITY SCAM.

The friendliness of the staff and the knowledge they had about all of the hair they sold was great. The woman who helped me made me feel so comfortable coming to them for my first weave and helped me color match and figure out which texture was best for me. I will never buy another hair brand after having HerImports! I repeat NEVER! The quality of the hair was amazing: no shedding, extremely reusable, and was always flowing and able to run my hands through. Thank you for making this experience a good one, I will definitely be back as it was well worth my money and I recommend this hair to ANYONE of any ethnicity searching for good quality hair!

Hands down the best hair I ever bought! It's thick from root to tip. I referred all my friends to them. I will only buy hair from here . I always get complements on this hair. I've been wearing this hair since last summer everyday day. I normally get a sew in every two months . I have colored this hair so many times too. I advised to deep condition the hair every two weeks and shampoo at least once a month . Also if you color or bleach wait a week then add clear coat to seal the color.
