The best service in town! Had a stain in my jacket that other were not able to take out. The manager kindly explained the process how they will work it out. A week later; it was as good as new. I’ve been to a lot of cleaners in town and this is by far the best. Very pleasant staff and welcoming atmosphere. Will definitely be going back.

Horrid!! As in "when she was good, she was very very good, and when she was bad, she was HORRID". I took a brand new tags attached, mint condition, luxury suede skirt there just for alteration in the waist. At the retrieval, I noticed multiple stains/damages over 8 areas through the plastic bag! The 2 attendants both insisted that this was the original condition of the skirt; and they refused to accept any responsibility. I returned two days later with a typed letter, stating my position, and paperwork for the purchase, since there was a language barrier and perhaps a misunderstanding. The man became extremely rude, laughing at me, which came through loud and clear. I'd been a very, very good customer both with cleaning and alterations, so this behavior/attitude was as shocking as the ruined skirt. I've since learned Heritage had an ownership change, about 2 years ago, and a number of their customers have left for similar reasons.

Excellent service and great work in alterations! I wish they used more starch on my shirts even when I ask for it, still not enough, but that’s my only caveat.

Going to this place is one of my weekly rituals. The owners are amazing and are always willing to resolve my issues. Im pretty picky but never disappointed with this place!
