Post Dry Cleaners

I brought my $1000 suit to get pressed at Post Dry Cleaners. When I picked it up it was missing the Ted Baker pin. I noticed this right away while standing in the dry cleaners. I asked them where the pin went, and they tried to say that it wasn't on the suit when I brought it in. But it 100% was on the suit, I only wore the suit one time before bringing it to get dry cleaned, and the suit is always kept in a suit bag. The employee took down my phone number and had me send a photo showing what the pin looks like. I never heard back from them, so I called the next day 2/25/22. I was told that they did not find it and that next time I have to tell them if there is a "special" item on the suit. They also said that there is nothing they can do about the situation because they cannot find the pin. This is completely unacceptable! I didn't have the suit cleaned at this place, only pressed. Obviously they took the pin off to press the suit and lost it. I was told that the owner will be in NEXT Thursday and I have to wait until then for them to contact me. This place is very unprofessional and I strongly do not recommend Post Dry Cleaners. If they cannot handle a simple suit press and not loose your items, then they should not be in business. I don't understand how it is okay for a suit to be missing a pin that was dropped off with the pin on it. This isn't a cheap suit by any means, so I am very frustrated!! I would not trust this place washing a pair of socks, and advise to not use Post Dry Cleaners. I love how on there website they say "We treat our customers like family"... Clearly not because the owner never called me, and the employee said that the owner can discuss this next Thursday when they are in the store.

Been going here for years..always a great experience. Earlier today, I stopped by to request a same day suit cleaning for a last minute meeting I have tomorrow. They refused. I went to their competitors down the street and they were glad to help.

I love this place! I just did my first alteration last week and my experience was great. The woman at the front was SO friendly and helpful. I dropped off a pair of high waisted denim shorts that I needed the waist taken in a few inches which wasn’t easy considering the material/design and when I picked them up they were perfect. I will definitely come back again.

Amazing place. They always do a solid job but recently I had a coffee disaster down the front of my favorite white silk blouse on the way to work. I had to let it sit for more than a day and then took it in. Somehow, there were able to get every bit of it out and it looks amazing. Also, they are so nice and friendly every time! Highly recommend!

Post was the only spot around that offered same day alterations, I dropped my dress at 9am as a floor length and picked it up as a midi length by 12:30! AMAZING. Can’t recommend enough. So incredibly nice & professional too.

For over 20 years my family has been a patron of Post Dry Cleaners. We bring our dry cleaning there every week. Their service is always friendly and beyond compare and we have never had a reason to complain about anything. Because we have a lot of clothes to be dry cleaned we compared prices with a few other cleaners in the area, prompted by an offer we got by another cleaners in the mail, and we found that Post had the lowest prices too. You really can’t beat that…the best service at the best price! We’ve also had Post clean rugs for us and do alterations and as usual the service was superb. My wife’s bridal gown was her grandmother’s and they did a great job preserving this family heirloom. My wife and I highly recommend Post Dry Cleaners to anyone needing any service that they offer.

I wouldn't send our clothes anywhere else. A dear friend gave us a cashmere blanket that I thought was ruined by moths. It looks brand new! Great family owned business.
