The Adm.the staff are very ratchet, Very Unprofessional, no Tv, patient room hasn't been clean patient soak and wet, patient restraint to floor Staff uses profanity around family members talking to the administrator is like talking to noone the patient shall be sent to a reasonable professional health facility patients family member to take pictures,and calling the STATE OF MICHIGAN, DEFINITELY NEED TO BE SHUTDOWN the CNA ON THE SECOND FLOOR IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL FLIRTING AND WINKING AND PLAYING WITH FAMILY MEMBERS VERY DISGUSTING

This place is the absolute worst. This dump should be shut down permanently. The elevators reaked of urine. The windows looked liked they haven't been treated since who knows. My father was there for two weeks and it was the worst two weeks of his life. He barely received physical therapy which was why he was there in the first place. Most of the staff there is heartless very minimal compassion when it comes to their patients. The only time compassion is showed is if there is a family member there. I do not recommend this dump to no one.

VISIT EVERYDAY!!! Terrible neighborhood. Never could reach nurses station. Person answers phone and when you tell person no one answers would you please help me I' I'm trying to find out what time he will be rekeased; was told only doing my job mam. And transfers me to boss who transfers me to 7th floor, had asked for 2nd. She transfers me to admissions. They have no answer. Take home and wash own clothes. Don't take nice clothing, will always be in wash and never returned. You may be given clothes that don't belong ti you nor fit. Giving an xxxl to an xl. Names are on clothing. Not patients name, it's in the wash. Staff is satisfied because all they see is one pant for one pant. Brothers were brand new Nike. Have to let staff know when commode is backed up so a work order can be issued. If you want want TV channelor volume changed, Staff will get one from another room and take it back. Try getting Staff to help patient. This is why someone needs to go everyday! Food is horrible. Facility smells nice. Housekeeping more helpful than Staff. No communication with patient or one another. No respect for Dr. Attitude appears they are doing the patient a favor instead of a paid job that they enjoy. Will never refer to anyone.

Dirty, run down, and downright dangerous. Reeks of urine, and staffed by rude, uncaring people. They only exist because they take Medicaid patients, who have no other options. If your loved one needs nursing home care, please keep looking elsewhere!

This place is horrible! They abuse their patients mentally physically and verbally! My cousin has been there for almost a month for physical therapy and they have done NOTHING! Administration won’t answer your calls they need to shut this place down!!

It should be shut down My brother is in there and he is not being cared for. They should be investigated through the state. What about the other people who are in there that aren't being properly treated? My Brother hasn't any shoes nor clothing but there are social workers who work there but don't do their jobs on seeing about the patients needs . They ought to be investigated. RIGHT AWAY !!!!!!!

This is my 2nd stay here at Heritage Manor Rehab center in Flint,Mi. I choose to cone back to Heritage because i was treated like family . The staff really cares about my well being.I am truly grateful for Heritage. I enjoy early morning convefsations with the receptionist.

Step mom taken there - can't contact to see how she is, can't visit, can't get anyone to answer the phone, thinking of calling police to check on her. Getting anxious not knowing it being able to talk to her.

This place is horrible, the smell is atrocious, the conditions of the rooms, beds, carpet is dirty.. yuck! No one in there is working, or else it wouldn't smell so horrible, close it down, my dog couldn't live there!!!!
