Exceptional car buying experience at this dealership. Never felt pressured. Process was very fast and smooth. Was in my brand new vehicle within a couple of hours and that’s only because I was taking a while to make my decision. Oeut was the best!! Very patient and knowledgeable. And checked on me days after purchase. Chris the sales manager was very nice and thorough. I would recommend this dealership. They have a life long customer now.

My experience was amazing. My Saleswoman was Oeut Peou, and she was organized and very attentive to my needs. She is very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. I was unsure about what would be the best purchase for my family and she was able to educate me on how to make the best decision. I definitely will be going back for future purchases!

I worked with Christi at this dealership and was hands down one of the best experiences I’ve ever had when purchasing vehicles. I met with her with no intentions on buying a vehicle my first time visiting the dealership but with her knowledge of the 2020 MDX I was interested in, the comfort and care she showcased and ability to work with what I needed won me over almost immediately. I ended up trading in my 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee for a 2020 Acura MDX and am absolutely in love with it! I came here an evening a few Mondays ago browsing for a reliable 7 passenger mdx. While it didn't suit my customer's needs, the service and representation of this place was great. When I arrived, I was greeted within 5 minutes. The salesman was very nice, and very professional. He was honest, and when he did not know something he would tell you and find the answer for you. Later I found out he was new to selling cars which I found surprising. After a lengthy test drive and a second look over, the car checked out to be perfectly fine. Going inside, he had to do his talking part, then his manager Craig came over to do his part. The thing I want to point out here, was they did not push you into anything you did not want, and they respected your decision. While I can't remember the salesmans name, I really hope he stays in the game; he has alot of potential. In the future as I run into more people that need assistance car shopping, I will have no problem bringing them here because I know they will be treated right and I wont find it to be a waste of time.

Don’t come here they will drag you along and take your money Service department They installed 3 junkyard transmissions in my car and everyone of them has blown up or leaked. Don’t trust them they did not follow Honda procedures and their story changes after repairs are final. At first it was were replacing your transmission with a remanufactured one after that transmission blew up I did some some research and found out they were all coming from a junkyard out of wrecked vehicles and they were charging my warranty company for the price of remanufactured ones . I have been back and forth a total of 12 times along with all of the diagnostic fees. Gotta love $1300 junkyard transmissions …………….Thanks Jeff “low key thieves” Don’t let them touch your car you will come back with more problems I promise!!!

I walked into Hertrich Acura with the intention of getting an SUV for my family. I wasn’t sure which model I wanted and this is when I was helped by Christi. She wasted no time in getting me a test drive and helped me decide on one SUV over the other based on my needs.
