Called first to ensure parts and paymentGSA Fleet Card would be excepted. The answer was "yes", parts guy was great, went to pay bill and it went down hill. Did not expect GSA fleet card, would not take one time check over the phone, went through 3 managers before I needed to have a alternative payment method.

They're awesome!! Always trying to do their best to help you out with getting a car and keeping it serviced.

We were forced to go by their time-table, even though I had made it known I had an appointment to make. It took us 3.5 hours to complete the process of testing a car to completing the purchase.

Never been so turned off by dealership. Doug Bova wanted to run credit before he would let us test drive a genesis. Who tf runs credit before somebody drives the car first to make sure they like it?
