Hertz Rent A Car

Has only one person working the front desk and about 4 people standing around doing nothing. This facility could do so much more numbers and have higher quality customer service if it had its staff properly trained and positioned in the workplace. Needs better standard operating procedures when dealing with Uber as well. Both parties like to blame the other when things go wrong instead of actually tryin to help the end user who wants to bring in business

Not helpful at all. But when your trying to rent a vehicle you have to be in person face to face but to help you on a incident they can't help you at all or they don't take responsibilities they supposedly have and only contact is thru email not good I never check my email because I don't have any means to that's why I have a phone and speak person to person.

My reservation explicitly stated I would be paying $334 at time of rental, only for me to show up and be told its actually $510 and it HAS to be a credit card. As well as being greeted by a rude employee who lied about her manager not being here. This place is HORRIBLE. Get your rental care somewhere else.

Guy with the glasses and poor hygiene was very rude to a person before me. When it was my turn, he did not do his due diligence. By disclosing exactly what I needed. I waisted an entire day to finally be told I have to wait till next week!!!!!!

Head warning Uber drivers looking to rent a Tesla at this and all Hertz facilities. Uber has decided to drop UberX from the Tesla rental platform. I would contact Uber to see if any of this type of car will have UberX,, but I know for sure that the 2021 Model 3 has been dropped.

This place is trash no one cares about customers, l had an appointment at 1pm and l was waiting past 4pm. The employees care less about their job let alone all the people sitting in the lobby for hours. All they do is complaining explicitly in front of customers about how tired they are and take endless breaks. There is two staff members behind the desk and yet only one person is working. This dude just sitting staring at the computer doing nothing. Why even come to work when you hate your job so much. Unbelievable

They give my company good business for body work and mechanical issues on their cars the management team is nice but it is very small

I found a car on Auto Trader that I wanted to buy that was at this location. I really loved the car and had every intention of buying it until I met the finance manager. He was so rude and seemed very frustrated that I had my own financing through my credit union. I had a great rate and he had told me that he couldn’t beat it, he but was still trying to talk me into doing his financing instead. I kept telling him I wanted to stick with my financing and he was so rude that I ended up leaving without buying the car. If I had worked with a friendlier person, I can almost guarantee I would have bought the car. My sales guy was very nice but the finance guy was so awful to work with so I did not want to buy a car from someone so rude with a complete lack of customer service. Awful experience and very disappointing because I did love the car.

Slow wait as they are the only Uber/Hertz shop in town. But the service is way better than Avis and I know I will get a straight answer and they will try to work with you if there is a problem. Excellent slow service thank you!

So far I think they're doing a good job for being low staff and having so many clients for Uber and stuff bird stuff congratulations guys keep up the good work!
