I went to this location to rent a Tesla for Uber and the guy that gave me the paper to fill out was very professional and helpful but as soon as I was done, he was helping another client so I was told to go to Ms. Kyana who was very rude and unprofessional from the beginning. Instead of asking me what I need help with she was telling everyone about her trip to Puerto Rico smh anyhow in any hospitality job customer service is crucial. Secondly she put in a wrong car for me to lease not what I asked for which was the Tesla but she did a Nissan instead. She is just a mess. I was told by the manager that Ms.Kyana isn’t a permanent employee at this location anyhow Hertz should do better job at hiring the right employees for their company. In hospitality job everyone should be welcoming!!
the worst experience i’ve EVER had with hertz over all the years i’ve rented with them. first they won’t accept my apple card because it’s not an allowed form of payment which is funny because i used it twice with hertz prior. i come back with my debit card which also somehow isn’t an allowed payment form yet i have used it prior with them. this location is the biggest joke i’ve ever seen in my life. the employees are the most uneducated people i’ve ever met. if you wanna drive for uber and rent, don’t and save yourself the same time and stress it’s not worth it. i came in 2 different times today and waited an hour each time for them to yet again deny my payment. i’ve never had my timed wasted so much before until i came to this location. apparently goldman sachs, and pnc bank are tiny banks to hertz. this is the biggest joke i’ve ever dealt with in my life. Might i also add that if you like being misgendered that this is the place for you.
- Staff was rude - Asked to speak to the manager since the desk staff was unable to resolve my issue. I called him twice on his cell, but he never called back, only texted. - Car was dirty - Staff initially refused to come out and do a pre-rental inspection of the vehicle before I drove off. Which just seemed fishy - I usually go with Enterprise, which is what I will do from now on
I wish I could've given this location zero stars! I was hit by another car and was provided a rental through their insurance. I drive a Lincoln MKZ, which is roomy for a car. I was given a Mazda CX30, which is a baby mini SUV and smaller than my car! I called Hertz and informed them my son was having difficulty fitting in the car. He is 16, but huge, like a grown man. Anywho, I called Hertz, explained the issue and was told I will be contacted for a replacement car! No callback! I call the next day and was told the same thing, again no callback! I hate when someone tells me something and doesn't follow through. Now I have been stuck driving my kids in this unsafe car! If we are in an accident my sons legs will break because they are in the dashboard! Highly dissatisfied and dissappointed! Clyde is who was supposed to contact me back and never did! Thanks Clyde!
The people in the shop are nice and friendly. The only time I can’t stand Hertz is when I have to call the people in billing are so rude.
They charged me over 1700 dollars called the store no answer go inside told to call a number they won't reimburse me the money becuase I closed my card
Horrible customer service. We rent a car thrue priceline and when we arrive to the office with the confirmation number the lady at customer service desk told me that we have to pay an additional $150 charge to upgrate because they don't have the car we already rent available! So, we lost time. Money because we paid $30 uber to come here and also we lost the reservation to our destination. I used to rent with enterprise and I never had this problem. If they don't have the car they up grade not additional charge for the customer. Never ever rent with hertz .
If I could give less than this I would. Amazing how customer service just no longer exists.. booked a car within an hour went to pickup and was told we don't have that car.. you can pay to upgrade if you want. First I was told it's not my problem by the supposed manager.. then bianca the regional manager told me also it wasn't there problem.. after more rude conversation a "oh well I was going to offer you a ride to my location to pick up a car" if that was a solution all along why did we wait until it's escalated to give the rude offer?! What a joke and clearly having any sort of status or tenure renting with hertz doesn't matter. Save your time and go elsewhere
When I walked in, I was already frustrated and worried about if I was going to be able to get in a car after calling around everywhere on a Saturday because my insurance set me up for a hertz that was closed on Saturday. Clyde helped me first and he was really nice and polite. Then Bianca, the assistant manager was the one to get all of my paper work together and she was very polite, professional and funny at the same time. People like them make a frustration situation become the complete opposite! Thank you.
Just finished renting from there and returned my rental. Fro. Start to finish pretty simple and easy. Staff helpful and nice. I really had no issues. Im happy ace didnt have any cars forcing me to find my new favorite rental car place.
