I have been looking at cars on their website for about a month now not really in the position to buy something but getting an idea of what it would take to get my daughter into a vehicle. Gavin was very patient with me from the time he reached out to me via text message and all the back-and-forth with finally scheduling a time to come in. I must say Gavin wasn’t very pressuring at all. In fact, he made many good suggestions on other vehicles. That I wasn’t originally was going into look at. But was concerned about the kind of car my daughter had because she is expecting and he wanted to make sure she was in the best vehicle for safety and reliability. I am very pleased with the car that we selected for my daughter and she is super happy. She doesn’t have to take the bus anymore. Thank you so much Gavin we truly will be back to get our vehicles there from here on out.

I went to other dealers Friday of last week that said they did in house financing and none of them did. They kept trying to run me thru the banks and that’s not what I was looking for. After walking in the heat and after 4 Uber rides to different dealers , I was lucky enough to be referred by a gentleman named Alex and I got ahold of Brittany and she promised if I came to there in a Uber she would get me in a nice car with my down payment. Once I walked into the used car outlet everyone was friendly and Brittany was absolutely amazing. We got to looking at cars and I found my vehicle I wanted. She was so pleasant to deal with and the process was really speedy and she was also informative and even helped me get my insurance. Take into account this was after closing hours. She was nice enough to stay late to get me in a vehicle. So thank you Brittany. I love my vehicle. Not only do they have warranty’s but they offer your first free 6 oil changes. They inspect their cars and if anything is wrong they fix it before they put it out on the lot for sale. That right there says a lot to me. I will def continue getting my vehicles here and will defiantly refer people here. I could not be happier with the amazing vehicle I got. Thank you to the owner for a awesome business and thank you to Brittany once more. I greatly appreciate you.

Went there with a car in mind. I got a very short test drive. I put down $1200 only $1100 was on my paperwork. After paperwork I drove off with my vehicle. Before I could make the first left, the check engine light came on. I returned to the dealership the next day letting them know about the check engine light. It was an 02 sensor issue. Mind you the car was ABSOLUTELY FILTHY. It was missing the passenger visor. The seats were nastily stained. The glove compartment fell to the floor. Under the driver rug was straight metal to were it would slide while driving causing it to get caught under the break amongst other things. After a looong process an 10 days, I was able to trade my vehicle in for another car. I was told this car is "safe" and " confident in the cars condition". Again within 24 hour the check engine light came on.The car overheated, the trunk rattles, the "gate" light stays on. The gas cap doesn't close properly along with other issues. The car will not start now! I tried to jump it and nothing. I believe it's the starter. I just got this car 2 weeks ago! The communication is not that great. It's as if it's the customer is the one that's wrong. Or you get what you get.It makes you not want to communicate. They give you the run around a lot. They contact you the day payment is due but will not hear your concerns. Oan they have homeless people in the area breaking in and sleeping in their cars because some CANNOT lock and they can't keep them out! 02/10/2024 UPDATE: I paid to get my car towed to the shop. They "fixed" the fuel pump and changed the battery. While driving there was a STRONG gas smell. Another driver told me my car was leaking gas. It was leaking fast. I pulled over, it began smoking. Needless to say they gave me back my down payment and kept their junk car!

LOOK AT BBB RATING-DO NOT BUY HERE!!!! I bought a car here and the car only lasted 1 YEAR. These people are crooks and thieves and sooner or later they will get you!. All the "good" reviews are FAKE don't fall for it. I reported them to the BBB Better Business Bureau. You are better off purchasing a vehicle in the street or privately than coming to this DUMP!!

Reading all the reviews after someone posted about them in a group has me highly upset. They refused to give this woman back her money on a down payment after the car kept breaking down and the loan was terminated. They only reply to the FAKE GOOD REVIEWS and just ignore the customers complaints? it's a hell NO for me

If i could give 0 stars i would! I purchased this car 5 months ago, i put down 3,000!! I asked them was everything checked on the car they said yes, now here i am 5 months later with a blown transmission. They blamed me and stated that i been driving the car with a slow transmission leak. They said I SHOULD HAVE BROUGHT IT IN WHEN THEY ARE THE ONES THAT SOLD ME THE CAR LIKE THAT, THEY HAVE BEEN THE ONES DOING THE OIL CHANGES AND HAVE NEVER TOLD ME THE TRANSMISSION WAS LEAKING. None of the lights came on the dashboard. When i contacted them to settle everything they asked me what do i expect them to do. This place is a FREAKING joke. The same day your car note is due they already calling and sending texts messages. Do not purchase from these people!!

Only if there were negative stars but I guess on will do. Only had a car from this place less than a week had to call multiple times to talk to the manager who conveniently was always place is full of dodo birds everywhere but doing his job the car broke down and they wanted me to pay 2k for something i didn’t break on the car. Any sane person would think twice about no refunds on a down payment if the car broke down in less than a full week. Definitely do not reccomend what so ever they’ll gladly take your money and scam you and when you call them out for the bull they pull at this place it’s always the customers fault honestly no one there deserves to sell cars they don’t know nothing there talking about and they care about nobody but themselves DO NOT BUY A CAR from this place might as well save your money and go to a actual dealership unless you like getting cars from a place that is connected to a bbq place by all means be my guest

Honestly had a great experience here. I was Leary of buying a car in Vegas. We just moved to NV from FL and I had heard countless horror stories about people getting scammed. So when we got to used cars outlet I was ready lol. I have to say that from the moment we walked in I was put at ease. The cars on the lot are nice looking older used cars and the sales team is not pushy. Brittany was amazing, she she showed us a couple cars and gave her honest opinion on them based on what we were looking for. When we finally decided on a vehicle she again patiently explained the process at every step and made sure all our questions were answered. I will definitely be a repeat customer

I think a lot of these reviews are fake. The cars they sell usually have been in major accidents, and have a thousand underlying issues. I bought a car from here years ago and it was missing spark plugs, issues with vaccum, hose, battery, spark plugs, alternator, certain electrical components that I can’t even explain….like actual electrical components were MISSING. I put over $2000 into repairs within the first few months of having the car and everytime I needed help or expressed frustration they would turn sour and wouldn’t help or they would refer me to Pepboys of all places, or would suggest I put another down payment toward another freaking car and even though I continuously communicated the car wasn’t DRIVING they still repossessed it and said I never communicated. It was a blessing in disguise because everything they sell is specifically for mechanics... if you aren’t good with cars or don’t have the money to waste Please don’t let them rip you off!!! Brittany is a life saver, Very helpful first time buying a vehicle we're I felt supported each step of the way . Would and will purchase again from Used Car Outlet. This place is legit and I am so happy and grateful for the experience. Would recommend this company to anyone making a used car purchase.
