Chris Norris is the gosh dang man!! He is a man who can accomplish the impossible. I’ll genuinely never buy from anyone but him, ever again!! When it comes to finance, Slava couldn’t have made the boring part of all this any more streamlined and enjoyable. This place has an unbelievable team, and more than fair pricing. Ask for Mr. Norris.
I received quite a few automated emails from AutoNation asking me to leave reviews. So, here is a timeline of my purchase and service experiences: I purchased my Certified Used VW Golf in November 2021. While test driving the vehicle, I noticed that there were water stains on the A-Pillars around the windshield. The salesman, Igor, stated that it wasn’t an issue, and that the car had just ben worked on for recall compliance. After a rainy day in early December, new water spots appeared on the A Pillars. December 15, I reached out via email with pictures to make an appointment for diagnostics. An appointment was made for December 21. The drains from the sunroof were cleared, but there were still leaks, so a sunroof frame was ordered to be replaced. The part was on backorder. I requested a loaner, and service rep Ray, ensured one was provided. After about a month, I decided to return the loaner and drive the car with the leaking sunroof until the part arrived. In late July of 2022, I was notified that the part had arrived. The vehicle was brought back for the sunroof replacement and was provided with another loaner. A month later, the vehicle was complete and picked up. Upon picking up the vehicle in late August, the airbag light was on, so the service rep, Mark, recommended that Collision be contacted to make sure there wasn’t an additional issue. After the airbag sensor was cleared, the vehicle was picked up on August 22, 2022. The vehicle had broken bits of sunroof frame on the seats and floors, and three out of the four ceiling handles were improperly reinstalled, and popped out after being grabbed. A replaced visor was left in the backseat, the driver side visor light no longer worked, and the plastic frame around the mirror cracked off when I tried to slide open the visor mirror. Then, September 8, rain revealed that the sunroof issue had not been corrected. Pictures of the new water stains and improperly installed ceiling handles were emailed to Ray. I brought in the vehicle for an oil change on October 13, and reiterated the condition in which the vehicle was returned to me after previous services in August. Ray said that he would speak with the service manager to make sure that they can get a loaner so that they can properly correct the issue. I will update this review when they contact me to bring the vehicle back in. The service rep team, Ray, Sabrina, Mark, etc., have been lovely, and I do believe that they are doing their best to provide quality customer service, but my overall experience with AutoNation over the past year has been a frustrating, and still unresolved ordeal.
Had a great experience purchasing a vehicle online. Abbas was very responsive and helped me through the process, never over-promising which allowed for realistic expectations throughout. Car delivered in the condition as promised.
The Service was fantastic. Unfortunately, I brought my car in for an oil changed that caught some much more expensive issues including my water pump and thermostat. Mark, my service representative was very understanding that I'd be upset with the cost of the repair but was very transparent about the pricing and reasoning for what was entailed. The video they sent me of the issue was really helpful and gave me peace of mind. My car is paid off so I'm happy to invest in it to keep it running, and overall I'm satisfied, just bummed about the cost, though mark did work to keep the costs reasonable for me so I think everyone did the best they could given the situation.
I always get great service here from whomever I work with. Sabrina helped me this last time and she was really nice to work with. They are all knowledgeable and patient with me. The work on my car gets done efficiently as well. I would recommend this Volkswagen dealership to others in the market or return customers as well.
Excellent experience from start to finish. My time felt valued and the staff were knowledgeable and courteous! Thank you to Sabrina for keeping me up-to-date on the status of my vehicle! I didn't think a dealership experience could be pleasant but this team proved me wrong
I've already bought two cars here in a year. At first I was abroad when I bought a car and Anthony helped me meticulously with all my requests. His kindness made me decide to buy a car, and when I visited the Volkswagen store to buy a car, I could feel the kindness of all the workers. The first good relationship, of course, allowed me to buy a second car here and I'm very satisfied. I'm on Atlas now and Atlas is big and comfortable and very satisfied. If I buy a car again, of course I will think of this place first. I also look forward to the next time.
Took car in for engine light coming on. Kimberly assisted me In Inducting the car in with know problem and great customer service. Whatever technician that inducted my vehicle into maintenance sucks when it comes to a quality induction inspection to induct into your maintenance cycle. I buy reliable cars and bring them to dealerships of that particular vehicle. I should never feel when I come to the branded dealership of my vehicle I get service like a mom and pop shop and the issue isn’t fixed on the first time. Whoever the QC is as well sucks in completing a final inspection ensuring a quality product is leaving you dealership and not have to be returned the next day.
I absolutely loved visiting AutoNation Volkswagen. The process to purchase the car was done speedily and professionally. I was greeted in a friendly manner. I was very specific about my wants and needs and they were met. I won't lie, the process does take a few hours, but the wait was comfortable and all parties from sales to finance were professional and friendly! Thanks everyone!
The service department is one of the best experiences I've had with a dealership! My service writer, Raymond, truly has top tier customer experience skills. The other writers were also very patient, kind, and generous. While waiting, I overheard a conversation another writer was having with an elderly gentleman who wasn't quite understanding the information he was being told. The service writer never showed frustration and continued to repeat what he was saying in different ways to try to help the customer understand. I appreciate that so much!
