MINI of Las Vegas

Was truly a wonderful experience at Mini. Everyone was so wonderful. Daniel Banks was the best. So friendly and caring. He told the time to listen to me and help me get into something I could afford. When I was out shopping at other dealerships everyone was trying to oversell me and wouldn’t listen to my price points. Not with Daniel tho. Was so wonderful to work with him would definitely go back to see Daniel. They actually care about their customers more than others do. So refreshing. I’d recommend everyone to stop by Mini during your car shopping was definitely my savior!

We were just curious about a vehicle we saw driving by. We went in with no intentions of purchasing a vehicle, and left with 2. Our sales person Louie was awesome! He is very personable, kind and a really great person. He didn't pressure us into anything. But asked our likes, dislikes, and what our needs and wants were. Justin also did an awesome job with getting us a good deal. Justin was super informative and went over all documents. Overall, great experience!

Came here to buy a used Toyota vehicle and the transaction was a pleasant experience. Sales advisor Chris was an absolute pleasure working with. Car still runs strong and is in good condition upon inspection and post purchase. The photos didn't really detail the condition of the exterior paint and some minor body work, but all the other photos were accurate of the other areas. Great price. Thanks again!

Since my wife and I purchase our daughters Mini, the team at Las Vegas Mini have been awesome to us. Dawn Trail, our service advisor has been AWESOME, professional, informative, professional, timely, and most important honest on educating us with this new brad of vehicle for us. dawn has been a great help for us when taking her car into service and always upfront on what needed to be done and what didn't! something many places don't do anymore!! I highly recommend the team at Mini Las Vegas and ask for Dawn, she will take car of your car needs for sure! shes a great asset to Mini!

In our experience, Mini is always very strong in brand representation. That being said, Mini of Las Vegas stands head and shoulder above the rest. The Service Technicians were very friendly and great with my family and me. Kent H. is a great brand rep.for the dealership. His communication and listening skills were really awesome! My wife and I were amazed what the dealership could get done on our Mini and we are both very happy!

I just purchased a BMW 430I from Mini of Las Vegas, and this place is absolutely amazing!!! Xavier and Bob are the best! Here's my story, so we went in late Tuesday evening one hour before closing to be exact. We were greeted by Xaiver with a smile and a warm welcome. Even though it was one hour before closing, I had my eye on 4 fours and he was more than happy to help. 3 of the 4 cars were available to view. I fell in love love with 2 of 4 cars. The cars were super clean inside unlike a few other dealerships that we had been too the past few days. I decided I had to have 1 of 2. Xaiver was patient, professional and very accommodating. Once we finished up with Xavier, Bob stepped in to finish up the warranty stuff. Bob explained everything super throughly, was very patient with all of our questions, and really funny on top of all that. What a great exprience, and the best customer service!! I highly recommend this dealership, and make sure to ask for Xavier and Bob! Xaiver was my salesman and signed my warranty paperwork Bob. Both were a pleasure to do business with. I have been a customer of Mini of Las Vegas for almost 10 years. This company has supported me and provided me with sound vehicles throughout this time. I have a difficult work schedule and they always fit me in and provide excellent work and/ or check ups on my car. From the sales department to the service department I am Fully satisfied with my experiences and the people that curate those experience; Two of my long time favorites being Chris Uhles and Dawn Trail. I will continue to lean into the support they provide for me and my vehicle and look forward to being a customer for years to come.

I purchased a BMW 328xi from Chris... A sales person at Mini of Las Vegas. Although, I was pre approved on arrival and knew the specific car I wanted online. Chris was very welcoming and showed me the vehicle immediately. I took a test drive and decided I wanted to purchase the vehicle. The quality of their certified used cars are unmatched and the car was delivered fully detailed with a full tank of gas. Would definitely recommend to a friend and will be doing business with Chris again in the future and Mini of Las Vegas for their inventory of certified used cars.

Love this dealership. I have been coming to Mini of Las Vegas since 2009. On our third Mini and just love them. Dawn in service is the best. She keeps our Mini's up and running. She is very nice and explains everything to us. I think if Dawn was not at MINI of Las Vegas then we might need to go somewhere else. She is just the best.
