I bought a 16 Corvette from here. From start to finish these guys were complete professionals. The salesman Josef took his time to educate me on my vehicle and gave me a great deal on my warranty.. The finance guy in the back works miracles god couldn’t touch. Friendly staff all around. I can’t complain. I will be back for sure.

Newport motors West was great. I had about as much fun as you can have when you’re buying a car. I had help from from Yousef, Ding, Jose and Robert. Everything from picking out the right car, to getting the best insurance, and finally getting a good interest rate was great. One of the few times stumbling on a dealership has ended up great! Definitely buying from these guys again

Newport Motors West is the best!! Johnny & Yousef are awesome! They helped me get into a 2017 Toyota Corolla with payments that were affordable. The process went smoothly and not stressful like the first time I purchased a vehicle. I recommend you come here. They are great at getting you into a nice vehicle.

This dealership is actually the best. They treat you like family here. I bought my first car here and what could have been very stressful turned out to be a very fun,exciting experience. Youssef worked out the best deal and was on the phone trying to get the best intrest rate. I really appreciate how hard everybody worked and how well they treated me. This place is the worst! They in-house financed me so I could get approved for the car. A week later they’re calling me telling that they need to car back because the bank decided to not loan money to me. Told I needed to put an ADDITIONAL $3,500 down for the car when I already had $1,500. They knew they shouldn’t have sold me the car and let me drive off but they did. Don’t shop for a car here, the car’s quality is just as trash as the staff.

Dont ever buy a car here. My girlfriend needed to get a reliable car for her 4 kids and her mother who is disabled. She has anything but that. 2 days after buying her car it broke down spent 7 weeks in thier service department which they did put her in a loaner I'll give em ghat got the car back and 3 days later broke down again. They had it another week. Was assured the problems were fixed and are not. The whole deal was shady they told my girl to lie to the bank when the called to do the final call to approve the loan and tell them she had the car and it had no problems , then the way they did the loan it was nearly impossible for my girl to get car insurance because they put the loan in her mom's name who has no license and the car is a BMW 535 series which most insurance companies don't insure a luxury vehicle let alone to someone without a license so on top of my girls car payment she now pays $600 a month car insurance. While they had the car they never called to pick up the green slip to register the car. So after them after the car 7 weeks Yousef the manager there tried to send my girl out with expired tags. The smog wasn't even done so she could register the car. Thank God the only man with a soul there their finance guy realized my girl was balling her eyes out and got her a tag so at least she could drive off the lot legal . Then she was told by yousef the manager when she gets to dmv don't tell them the car was broke once again another lie to save his a** take the fines they may give her and he will possibly get them reimbursed. Worst experience ever and now my girl has spent more money then she had a now has to pay over $1000 a month for a car that doesn't even work. You'll get great customer service until you leave the lot. Once we had to come Yousef treated my girl so terrible making her cry he was to concerned about face timing his lady on the phone and bragging about his expensive car he earned probably doing a million shady deals. Damn guess Newport motors west is running like the old gmf motors

Excellent, Awesome, superior service. Life changing experience, bought my car originally from JD Byryder and they gave me a bucket. I then saw Newport took over and they put me in a 2015 sonata with all the bells and whistles. Go see Yousef the GSM and Nick V. the salesman they will take care of you!!!!
