The service was professional friendly and fast. This was the first time I did not use the loaner car, which is preferable. Not just for my ability to go about my business but also an opportunity to see and feel how it is to drive a newer model. My “new” Lexus never far from my thoughts and plans as I have owned a Lexus since 2005.
