I didn't get his name but the gentleman who assisted me in both picking up and returning the rental car, was amazing. This guy really deserves recognition... The day I picked up my rental car it was his off day and he was called into work and came into work on a Saturday, due to an incident that happened earlier Saturday morning at the work place. Then this morning when I dropped off the rental the same gentleman was there and he opened the doors early to accept my return which helped me out tremendously as I was on a time crunch. Just want to say thank you for your amazing service and going above and beyond. And the mustang was very fun to drive.
Never recommended! I booked a car at 9 o'clock and arrived a little after 9 o'clock, but there was no car I would rent. When I said I wanted to see if the car was in good condition, they only told me to wait because they went to wash the car. I told him several times that I wanted to get the car quickly because I had an important schedule, but the male employee was just telling me to wait. So I waited an hour and a half before I got the car. And once in a lifetime with my family, I couldn't see the sunset and scenery of the Grand Canyon, which was my first and last chance. Unlike me who is nervous, I can't forget the attitude of the male employee who seemed so comfortable. I never knew that global Hertz was such a disappointing company. If you rent a car in Las Vegas, this is definitely not recommended.
Reserved our car, showed up to pick it up and was told we had to wait an hour and they might not have the car we reserved. Employee said "sorry they let people reserve anything even if we don't have it." This company clearly cares more about securing dollars, than actually following through and taking care of their customers. Never rent here. Update: just found out they don't have our reserved car, so we had to rent a larger vehicle and they charged us more.
Easy pick up and drop off. The car we requested was not available but got one similar to it. DO NOT EXPECT THE EXACT CAR YOU REQUESTED ONLINE.. does not work that way if you've never rented a car. BE KIND. Vegas is full of tourist trying to rent cars... With that said 5 stars.
Absolutely horrible. Booked a cargo van months in advance. Even got confirmation emails the day before. Flew in from out of country and was told they didn't have cargo vans anymore. Staff were unsympathetic and I was left stranded to find another van on my own. Do not rent a vehicle from here if you can help it.
Demitrius was an absolute exemplar of customer service. When there were no cars available in the class I reserved, he upgraded me to another class. I needed help combining two reservations and instead of needing to go back to the location Demitrius proactively called me the morning of so we could take care of it over the phone. People like Demitrius make me happy I rented with Hertz! Thanks for the great experience.
No one in the office for more than 10 minutes during opening hours. They couldn't solve my problem about a leakage in oil system of my rented car but they addressed me to airport. Not the best service but indication was good
Horrible customer service. We rented a car with conformation number, only to find out they didn't have any cars and we could be put on a waiting list........really f$&%ing really. Should have read the reviews never ever again!!!!!
Keeps taking personal calls and is doing everything she possibly can to make everything difficult. We also did not get the car we reserved that we got excited for. Will not be using hertz in the future.
DONT BOOK HERE. The location DOES NOT HAVE VEHICLES. The system shows inventory when they don’t and the manager GREG has no knowledge of how to properly avoid issues. They have a hand written paper 3 day, 20+ person waist list for booking. INSTEAD OF PROACTIVELY calling reservations well in advance. Seems to me if you are sitting at a computer all day. Just refresh the queue every 15mins to ensure new reservations are alerted immediately that there is no inventory. Most of all as I’m sitting here at the location, it’s clear they only care about securing sales. I hear the manager discussing not washing cars, transferring cars from other locations only if they get to keep the sale, cursing, and watching videos in back office with the door open. The other guy was on his phone and eating while on the sales floor.
