Great location. The cars are beautiful compared to other locations in the area. The staff is very professional and polite. A lady and older gentlemen went above and beyond for me and other customers. I highly recommend.
Was involved in an accident and finally had to call corporate Hertz. Even still after nearly 72hrs since the accident, I can't reach anyone at this location via phone or email, and I am currently unable to drive. This is just unacceptable. I get automated calls, texts, and emails, telling me to return the car but can't get any real communication from this location. Even my insurance rep through Uber has been unable to reach them. The corporate Hertz rep I spoke with placed me on hold and attempted to call them and the system also dropped the call. This entire situation has been haphazard at best!
Double charged me said if I close and open a new contract that would fix it and was the only way now everyone has amnesia about the conversation not only that local says I need corporate they say should should have been able to fix my money. Instead she kicked me out because I was crying and losing my mind they have my 700 plus I paid to open a new contract. Not only that it was the so called manager I used to feel sorry for the lady not anymore how she did me. She knows exactly what happened and no one can reach out? Better yet no one takes notes on accounts and after my 2 weeks which was what is at question I no longer drove the car but was not doing them any favors by dropping it off you mean a fourth trip there the way I was dismissed at Xmas a single parent. The threats they will recover their car at my cost: im sorry? You can get the car I will not drive anymore 25 mins for people who treated me like dirt. How long did I pay months it was not a problem to pay but the way I was treated during the holidays laughed at dismissed embarrassed broken hearted standing outside begging Lisa to help me with no coat. Imagine how humiliating that was and still is recovery my behind there’s nothing to recover it’s outside but driving another 25 miles for a company who wouldn’t respond to my 25+ emails. I have them all, pull calls, see how I was hung up on and told I was told to return because I was late no it is not I was not late when I called and your system charged me twice. Not even acknowledged still dismissed and now threatened I have in email him being told why and where it was you mean I owe you something after the thousands I spent and I could not get anyone to listen. SMH
Zero stars. Hertz car rental in Greenwood IN was very unprofessional to work with. The Tesla Model 3 I rented wasn't fully charged <60%and it was so filthy inside and outside that I had to wash it, vacuum and detail it myself. When I returned the Tesla to the Greenwood IN Hertz after a 2 week rental period, they tried to charge me a $55 fee for arriving a few minutes late. After disputing it, they reversed the charge. Overall, it was a terrible experience at this Greenwood location. Go elsewhere!
Will never use Hertz again. After being told several times over the phone by a Hertz representative, complete with call recorded, that my tow was free because i had the "premiun mainenance package" they tried charging me nearly $2,000 for 2 tows. Now they keep trying random amounts out of my account. They just tried taking $205 out of my account that I never authorized for an amount like that. This is not the first time they have tried taking some random amount like that out. These people are crooks and we will end up in court and they will be the ones owing me the amount they are trying to make me responsible for. Thibk they would have lesson the first time when they was trying to have people criminally charged. If you own stock better make sure that pull out game strong.
I have been using Hertz rental for almost a decade now. Never have I gotten such a poorly maintained car. Smelly, unclean, car vibrates on highway, poor mileage, way beyond it's service due,toddler car seat belt doesn't retract properly. My toddler fell twice as the car seat kept moving.
Had a reservation, was cancelled 30 min before pick up. They will not honor reservations.
worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. girl behind the desk was rude, put my reservation in 6 hours in advance, was told they didn't have a car for me because they were sold out. I had rented my car from Friday till monday, unfortunately because they wanted to charge the guy before me credit card for $4,000, they just let him keep the rental car till Monday that he was renting, essentially charging him extra days for him having the car, while telling me I get nothing. I wouldn't ever rent a car from this place ever. I would rather walk than have to deal with such poor service. I could give them negative five stars I would
I rented a vehicle almost a month in advance. I was sent emails and texts stating the reservation was confirmed all the way until the day before. When I went to pick up the SUV I was told it was not here and that the guy messaged me the day before telling me it wasn't. He showed me where he messaged the wrong number and laughed because it must have been funny to him. After him calling multiple places he finally found a mini-van an hour away. So after driving down and burning up 2 hours of my time I am now finally taken care of at Columbus Hertz where they did great.
They will double charge your bank account. Then not answer the phone when you call to ask why
