I have been a resident here for 10 years. I have had a great experience with the management team. Dawn is exceptional and is always willing to work with you. The maintenance team is always courteous and work orders are completed in a timely manner. Angie is the best, she is friendly, courteous and always greets you with a smile.
DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! This is the worst apartment complex in Vegas if they tell you your rent is one thing it won’t be it’s a ton of hidden fees. The management office is schemers and scammers. I also think they are prejudice. They are very sneaky. I moved here as a referral from my friend and can not wait to my lease is over! I will be moving ASAP. The property Manager Dawn is the worst and needs to be replaced. Also her puppet Rod. Look for another apartment don’t come here you regret it just like I do!!!!! They look for any reason to either evict you or charge you more money which is ridiculous!!!!
Office staff is pretty awesome! they keep my packages safe in the office! Maintenance does a great job when I need work orders to be done! Everything is pretty much in walking distance since I do not have a car. They decorated the office for Halloween and it looks so cute!
I’ve lived here for two and a half years. The management company changed after the first year. I’ve had great experiences with maintenance and they work quickly. The previous management wouldn’t take packages in the office and didn’t tell me until I moved in and had deliveries stolen. This management team keeps your things safe and notifies you when packages arrive. Angie at the office is great. All the staff know me and my dog and look out for us. You won’t find better for the price.
I have great experience with Angie, she cares a lot. Great respect, and well manners too, she knows her job very well.. The Manager is very easy to talk with, Great respect and manners as well. The people in the office are really nice. They make sure all my work orders get done on time they’re very easy to talk to with situation. I really appreciate them helping me get into this apartment so fast overall the apartments are very decent and nice place to live so little rough around the edges but it has a wonderful home filling for me and my family.
I have lived at Hesperian Falls for a year now. My family and I love it here! It's quite, staff is awesome and the amenities are just a bonus. If you end up living here expect cute little events, from pool side BBQ, to some snow cones, and ice cream during the summer months. During Halloween and Christmas time expect to be challenged by their decorating contest. As resident without a car the location is perfect, There are lots of good restaurants, shopping mall, and more.
I've lived in this complex for almost 4 years. I'll be honest when we first moved in and during the pandemic the management here was utterly useless. My first night living here I had to meet the tweakers from the unit above me with my sidearm. Then Dawn came to the property as our new property manager last year and since then she has cleaned this place up, she has gotten the laundry rooms fixed and back into operation, had community events for the residents, hired an effective and professional security company to patrol the property, and gotten all of the "problem children" out of here. She is a straight shooter and will be blunt and up front with you, and that is what this place needed.
Management is great as well as the Maintenance staff!! Love all the games during the Holidays!! Thank you so much for the great experience.
The management team is awful. They refuse to fix my AC. Saying it has to act up for them to see it. But it takes the on call emergency maintenance hours to respond to a call. Or sometimes they just ignore the call all together. They close work orders and refuse service. They even told me they had an electrician come out to fix my flickering lights. But who they had come out was someone in school to be an electrician. So glad there are ways of tracking things. My mother is a cardiac and stroke patient. There is very limited handicapped access and we dont have a way to get my handicapped mother into the house
