Lived here for over 5 years. The price range for rent was very affordable. Maintenance is prompt and the manager is quite friendly. Just be a good neighbor and don't go bothering others, which should not need to be said. Had some problems with roach infestation once, but management took care of it quickly by spraying and bug bombing the building. Parking lot could have used some painting as well.
